Brought my iPhone XR here because I had broke the screen and phone didn’t work at all. He was very kind and professional and fixed my phone within 30 minutes for such a reasonable price. I’ve gone here several times and have always been satisfied with his work and how fast it gets done! Better and cheaper than appliepie repair . Thank you!

Dishonest people. First of all I never post reviews for anything but I want people to know my experience. I broke my phone screen and brought in for repair. It was repaired promptly and I left. About 20 mins later the screen started jumping around (was not doing this prior to the repair) so I had my wife bring it back in. They told her that my motherboard must have gotten damaged during the drop and there was nothing they could do. I bring it to another repair shop and told them the story and they said since it was not jumping around prior to the repair it was most likely a faulty screen or something not connected correctly. It would up being a faulty screen and my phone works great now. Called Sam’s back (I must admit I got a out of hand during the short conversation) and asked them if they would make it right and they said they don’t sell faulty screens and basically too bad. Very dishonest. Would not recommend because they will not back up their work.

Brought my iphone Xs in for new screen. He broke the face recognition cable in my phone while changing the screen. I knew something was up when he insisted on telling me what kind of phone I have. I bought the phone! I know what kind of phone I BOUGHT. Then he wanted to show me that the front facing and back cameras work. He preceded to tell me my cable was broken. I didn't know what the meant, so I said OK. I saw it outside of the phone, so I thought he changed it. I went to my car to put my sims card in my phone and my face recognition wouldn't work. He broke my phone and told me he would fix it for free IF I WERE TO BUY THE CABLE HE BROKE. It made me very angry and I walked outside and called the police to file a report because things were getting heated. When the cops came, he (Sam, I guess) said, 1) I offered to buy the cable. He said that to the cop. I told the cop, did you hear he just offered to buy the cable? He never offered that until you got here. The cop looked at him and he said 2) I never said that. We don't do that. (referring to the cable). IT'S A CELL PHONE REPAIR SHOP. You have to order parts to repair phones! The cops were very nice. They told me they couldn't help me because it is a civil matter. I'm actually in an MBA program and we're studying Business Law right now so I understood that but if I wanted to take it further, I needed proof that I reported it. I started to leave but remembered he kept waving the cable around. The police are gone now. I went back in to ask if that was my cable he kept waving around. He said, No, it's still in your phone." He then proceeded to say, 3)"I wanted to help you but..." If you were going to help me with my phone that you broke, you should have offered then. It should have never gotten as far as it did. You, as a business owner, know you broke my phone cable and should have offered to replace it PERIOD. He's a lying, low belly, slimy snake. He has a face when there are no witnesses and a face when people are around. Because of his singing and dancing in front of the police, I personally believe he switched cables out of my phone to sell. He also has security cameras in that shop that I wish could have been played back for the police, if they work.

My iPhone 6 Plus worked perfectly but the outlet for the charge cord got messed up and I couldn’t charge the phone. They replaced the outlet and charged me $45 but now it still won’t charge even though I can plug it in.
