Went in for a gold necklace repair. The employees were very nice and had a reasonable price for the repair. The repaired chain was ready the next day. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a great experience. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and he offered to upgrade my ring. I found a ring that I really liked at a chain store but I did not like the price. Mr. Bill made me a very similar ring with a better quality diamond and almost half the price!! We are both very pleased!
