The drink was good, it took a while but they were busy. BUT the parking lot was impossible, not to mention people don't know how to drive, I definitely was blocked in, made me very ticked, not the stores fault tho.Parking: Again, not for beginners or for those with a short temper, or for those with HUGE minivans who refuse to move.

I’ve gone to Starbucks for years and have never experienced such bad service time and time again from this location.(McArthur and Elliot). Doesn’t matter what time you go, it’s always terrible. When you try and tell them that your order is wrong, you end up having to argue with them and NEVER get an apology. This place needs new management and new workers who actually know how to do their job and have better attitudes.

I wish this was a one off, but I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Today, I was “greeted” (I use the term loosely) by a young man in a Russian ushanka with an anarchist pin on the front. Seems appropriate for work. Poor clothing choices aside, the 3 employees working all looked distressed to be there, & moved at a snail’s pace. Another employee walked in at one point, & she looked just as miserable. The bar wasn’t stocked & when someone asked for napkins, they threw a wad of brown bathroom hand towels on the counter. I used to be a barista, & the vibes and attitude at this store are not in line with the brand. Drink was made incorrectly because they didn’t bother to check the label, & I had to wait extra time for my bagel because no one took the time to drop it in the toaster. I regret giving this location my service & my tip!

This Starbucks ? has an amazing and fast past staff, which gets it done. This place stays packed in a good way because they always serve up the best latte's, macchiatos, and everything else. When busy their staff alway keep a friendly and welcoming environment, thank you for this.? If you want an awesome tasting drink, look no more.

PAINFULLY slow. Coffee is okay but never worth the amount of time you send sitting in the drive thru waitimg. Using the mobile app is pointless bc they never have your order ready when you arrive.....it's like they don't start it until you're there....after you've waiting in line for 20+ minutes.

I travel for work and have been to Starbucks all over the Country. This location is by far the worst. I waited 40 minutes for two coffees. I watched the drive thru continue to go around with people pulling in a half hour after me get served before me. They need to shut this location down or send some training staff in. After waiting my entire break the coffees weren’t even made right.

Completely out of caramel so i didnt want to order anything and had to wait over 20 min in drive thru because there is an unnecessary curb and you can't get out. It's ridiculous!!!!
