I had no issues with washing my things. My only issue was with the woman who happened to be over it or in charge this day, Thursday 08/03/2023, when she snapped at me. I was parked on the Monroe Street side because the other side with shade was full but once I came back for the final time,I parked closer to the side where I was drying, especially since there was finally space. She was outside talking by the dumpster with a guy & I got out of my truck to walk in but it had something blocking one side of the slide door so I thought it was locked. So I shook my head & she said “you can go in” & I said “ ok I thought it was locked” & then she shouted it again with an attitude. So then I told her, “ok ma’am you don’t have to do all that! You don’t know me to be yelling at me” while I walked inside. I’m not sure if she was trying to show off in front of the guy or what but that was an attitude that she definitely could’ve kept to herself. I’m sure I’m not the only person she’s had an issue/attitude with.

So hot in here. They don’t even have any of the units on the floor running. Usually they’re on. It’s 103 degrees outside. I asked her if it was broken. She looked at me with the ugliest face and said no. Well is sure isn’t on. It’s hotter in here than it is outside. This is ridiculous. How could you possibly do your laundry. Then there are dryers running. So we aren’t going to run the ac? Is this place that hard up about the light bill?? I’m sorry but be for real. Oh and all they want to do is sit outside and smoke cigarettes. Customer service is horrible.

We Went to the laundromat tonight. July 16, 2023 to dry our clothes. And was told by the worker that the place was closed. When in fact, the advertisement and the hours posted on the window stated that we still had 2 hours to use the place period this is poor business and unacceptable to paying customers. Period

Went to the laundromat at 8:11 pm the worker behind the counter told me they were closed but the other worker that was cleaning up was telling me I was going to the wrong door come into the side door. the website said they close at 9:00 pm. One was telling the truth and one was lying. unprofessional!!!

I like the drop off service. Nothing like freeing up your schedule by letting the lovely ladies at Sud & Stuff wash your laundry for you.

In town for a week and didn’t have time to do laundry. Dropped off my clothes on Saturday morning at 7:30 am and the were ready by 12 noon. Karla was very pleasant and conversational. Sud & Stuff will get my business again.

It was $6 to wash and dry a load. That's pretty decent for us. Lots of washers out of order. We didn't have to wait for a machine but it did seem like a little bit of chaos trying to find one that works. People would come in and walk around the whole place for a good 2 minutes trying to find a machine that works for their size loads.

Won't let you use the restroom as a paying customer and question you about getting change to get your laundry

It's great if you don't get pushed out the door by a certain person that works there. New Dryers but 90percent of washers were not in service and the one we chose first shouldn't have been in service. It did not drain properly so the grumpy that worked there wasn't happy that they had to walk a few feet and run a respin on our clothes and my gf wasn't happy when they were still soaked when we took them out . So because we were told that a storm was coming and they were shutting down earlier than they were supposed to because of the storm so we left there with alot of very damp clothes because we were told about the early departure 30 min before we had to leave . I wouldn't ever want anyone to risk injury or have a Panic attack over my clothes. The wet clothes compared to human beings is no comparison , the clothes can be replaced the people can not. All in All I would recommend on a nice day and if washers are new or fixed to use this place for their laundry needs.

Being that they can’t update their hours on here I’ll just do it for them. Apparently they stop washing at 8 cause they close at 9. Not 10!! They don’t even have hours posted outside their business. And more than half of their washers and dryers are out of service.
