recently placed an order for blue sanitaire vacuums as shown on there website and when arrived they were completely different unit.
called in and the guy was furious as if it was my fault and wanted it returned back. bad customer service.

I can't say enough good stuff about this place! See my reviews on Maid to Clean in Lafayette and Whites Vac and Sewing in Lake Charles, both places coned me and almost completely ruined my vacuum. We brought our damaged machine here and in one hour, they cleaned it and repaired it and it now run the way a Simplicity should. They had spare Simplicity parts and replaced everything broken and even helped me with pictures of what they found. They showed genuine concern and were professional! This is my vacuum place now! So happy to have found Vac Shack!!

Knowledgeable, friendly and fast service. I brought in 3 different brands for various repairs and he had them done the next day. Will continue to use him for my personal as well as my workplace vacuums. And it always smells great in there!
