How can you claim to offer 5G home service in Alexandria when your company can be bothered to fix their towers for the past 5 months. The fact that I can get 5G service in the middle of the woods, but not in this city is rather pathetic.

Great experience. In and out transfer from att and got 2 phones for cheaper than them. Seth was very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend this place.

It is rare that I post a review comment but I am compelled to do so in regards to the Verizon Alexandria Louisiana store and particularly an employee by the name of Alexander Thomas. Mr Thomas displayed superb professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and an outstanding example of what should be replicated by others not only in his field but in any business establishment!! I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman and my hat is off to him!! Excellent, excellent excellent!Best regards,Joel Damon

I’m a 73 year old male with sight problems. I have been with Verizon for about 9 years and have purchased a number of phones, watches and other items from this store. I had a problem with my 14 pro max and went to them for help. I had problems getting a solution and asked the manager to document for me in writing what the problem was, she refused and would only tell me her first name and the store address. I’m filing a complaint with the DOJ and if anyone else wants to be included please contact me.

Went to store to get help with my fathers phone. Employees just walking around talking on their phones doing nothing that I or other customers could see. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me. Employees very in helpful and poor attitude towards customer service. Pick another place to get your service,not here!

Is there a way to leave negative stars?You have a manager that is rude unhelpful and makes personal attacks on customers , blatantly lies to customers, and wastes huge amounts of time for said customers.And on the other hand an assistant manager who is helpful, thorough, and very polite.I don’t know who’s in charge of management at this location but the manager is 100 percent incompetent and I qualified to deal with customers.Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had and watched it happen twice while I was there. Verizon just lost five lines and a a 15 year customer.
