Walgreens in Jackson St., Alexandria, Louisiana, is known for its friendly and calm staff. Customers appreciate the improvements in the pharmacy section, which has become quicker in handling prescription pickups, often taking less than five minutes. However, there are concerns about the drive-thru service, where long wait times of 25 to 30 minutes are common. Many believe the store needs more employees to better serve customers and reduce wait times. Overall, the pharmacy team is praised for their hard work, especially one pharmacist who is recognized for her dedication and efficiency.
The pharmacist is great—professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the technicians are rude and disrespectful, which takes away from the overall experience. One of them her name is Tiera which is the worst hopefully she change her career or find another pharmacy.

The pharmacist was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately, one of the pharmacy technicians her name is Tiera was rude and disrespectful during my visit, which made the experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this because the pharmacist provided excellent care.”

The pharmacy is pretty good, but the store seems raggity, the front of the store help is less than good, and the homeless people like to hang out all around the parking lot, so safety after dark may be an issue.
