One of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had!! Our salesperson (Tonia) was awesome! So very helpful and knowledgeable!! No pressure at all - treated us like family!!We were referred to Walker Mazda by friends who had recently purchased from them, and had very good things to say. Likewise, we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Doesn’t pay to make an appointment for service over there. You will just waste your whole day because they don’t know how to schedule services!! Got my first oil change there because it was free and took 3 hours, scheduled again this morning and guess what told me will be at least 3 hours before they could get to it! I recommend going to your local oil change shop and give your business to the local guys!

Walker Automotive services almost all of our wholesale parts needs with ease and professionalism. Our driver, Sam Broadway, is awesome and has become a very good friend. We just recently began ordering from Sam Arceneaux and he has been a joy to work with as well.

Purchased new vehicle that ended up having a transmission issue. Mr.Tandy Thompson went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was provided with a loaner truck until my vehicle was fixed. He periodically gave me updated throughout the whole progress. Definitely recommend Walker and Mr. Tandy Thompson!!!

A very expensive windshield wiper or oil change service shop, at best. I had an issue with my truck I could not find myself so I brought it to the “Professionals” having confidence they could. Components were changed with a recommendation to change a very expensive one, which I declined. I brought the truck home and finally found the issue. Under a $20 fix. I also asked for a maintenance service be performed while they had it. It was only halfway done. Not sure if they don’t listen, don’t know, or don’t care.

I have been here while traveling now, about 3 or 4 times in the past 10 months. Never had any problems or issues on getting my oil and lube work done in a quick manner. Done some minor repairs, too, and it has been done within a reasonable time frame without an appointment. I highly recommend doing an appointment as they get very busy during the day.

I scheduled an appointment for 0740. I arrived at a crowded service center. I was informed that I would be waiting and that scheduling an appointment for 0740 does not mean someone is set to work on your vehicle at 0740. So scheduling an appointment is useless it pretty much acknowledges that you are bringing your truck in and that they will get to it whenever.

Service? What a joke! You call and get an appointment time (like I thought you were supposed to do) only to find out when you get here that a mad rush came in. Now, you are pushed back further and further. It’s been over 1 1/2 hours since arriving and your vehicle is still sitting in the back of the lot. My advice don’t try and do right and make an appointment. Just show up!!!!

I’m attempting to leave honest, objective feedback on my experience. The sales process went well. Will Godfrey, my salesperson, did a great job. On the way in to close the purchase, they noticed that the bumper had a dent from shipping. They committed to replacing it and that “it should take a few weeks”. Well, it took almost 4 months, about a dozen calls/texts on my part to try to push it along, and filing a formal complaint with GMC to get it resolved. I *never* got a single call from anyone at the dealership to explain what the problem was nor did they ever offer me any information on when the bumper would arrive. After I filed the complaint with GMC, it only took 2-3 weeks to get it resolved, but I *still* never could get a straight answer from Walker about what caused all the problems/delays. So, the commitment by management to provide customer service is woefully lacking and is unacceptable.

Well once I finally got someone to return my phone calls it was a pleasant experience. They got my vehicle in very quickly. Things were done in a timely manner and the service advisor was very thorough in keeping me informed and up to date on the diagnosis and repairs needed.

Awesome. What more can we say? Well, we moved to Louisiana in 2020, our first car buying experience was with Walker and it was very pleasant. Our salesman Ross was the best! Got us our dream vehicle and we still enjoy it today! Our daughter recently moved to Louisiana and I referred her to Walker Honda, thanks to God I did, because we wanted her to have the same calm and professional experience we had! They did NOT disappoint! They went above and beyond and made it happen for us!! Praise the Lord. Thanks and hugs from the Lafiton bunch to Bryan, Gary and the whole Walker team. We love you guys!
