I recently got a 2023 Toyota rav 4. My dealer was Paul Ellington. He took his time. Made sure I was comfortable. Made sure I had a good experience. And he certainly made sure that he found something affordable and what I was looking for. He searched for I believe more than 3-4 days. Just to find what I wanted. When it was all said and done. He spent time making sure I was connected to my car. During the process. He conversed with me. Was great with my kids while we were there. I highly recommend going over there and seeing Paul. Paul Has it All!!

If I could do less than one star I would. I took my jeep renegade to the dealership hoping I could trust the brand. Sadly I was VERY mistaken. I called at noon on Friday and asked specifically if I could get my transmission fluid replaced (make & model was specified .) the reply was “yes but you have to be here by 3:30”. I show up at 3:15. The technician then tells me he couldn’t possibly start on it this late in the evening…when “his guys leave at 5”mind you, they close at 5:30. I understood & was told to return another day at least by lunch time. Monday, I take my car back to the dealership on my lunch break where I again stated I wanted my transmission fluid replaced (make & model specified). They checked in my car, no issue. He took my keys & I got a friend to give me a ride back to work because “the guy who does shuttle service was in Lafayette for the day”. WHAT. I get a call 2 hours later telling me that it was “unserviceable”….what? How are you a jeep dealership but can’t service my jeep? Then he proceeds to tell me that my transmission fluid was “set for life” & would never need to be changed (another lie that could easily be proven). I will be calling corporate & the manager. Terrible experience. TerribleAlso, they tried to charge me $150 for windshield wipers! BEFORE LABOR. Terrible

Worst service nothing covered on a brand new2023 1500 truck. Don’t buy any vehicle here. Basically if your not paying for there service they won’t help.

I went in yesterday and was trying to get into a new truck that meets all my family and utility needs and Paul Ellington “The Unicorn” did everything possible to get me into my New 2019 Toyota Tundra and he showed me a few trucks and Mr. Amos found a truck that I would get approved for and Paul Ellington and Mr. Amos did everything to get me into my new truck. They were extremely professional and courteous and I’ve never felt more like family like I did at Walker CDJR in Alexandria. If you are looking to get into a new ride they will do everything they can to get you into your brand new ride that serves your needs. Thank you again Paul and Mr. Amos I’m so happy with my purchase and I’d never go anywhere else!

Absolutely the worst place to buy a used vehicle from, we were completely steered into buying a vehicle with so many problems, and between dodge and Toyota got absolutely no help what so ever, learned our lesson, went down the street to Joel's and got a much better deal for a much nicer vehicle, steer clear of these dealerships unless you have 6 figures in the bank account...

I had an oil spill all in my engine and Brandon Wilson made sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. He even helped get the price reduced for the service! Walker will always be the best place to go whenever you have an issue with your car!! highly recommend :)

I stopped in ready to buy a Pacifica and was also looking to buy a Ram 3500 dually. They had NONE on site for purchase. The salesman was helpful in looking for vehicles at other dealership to trade and bring to their dealership. I would prefer to physically be able to look at and touch the vehicle before purchase. I ended up purchasing at another dealership the next day.

I took my 2019 Ram Rebel to Walker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Coliseum Blvd in Alexandria for servicing of both front and rear differentials and the transfer cases. I cannot express how professional, knowledgeable, how polite and courteous, and how patient their staff was with me.I had loads of questions. I made several requests for estimates & quotes for other services and parts, and I requested specific diagnostics. They provided every bit of information I requested and explained everything in detail.Every person I spoke with treated me with so much respect, patience, and kindness.The service tech even offered me lunch with them due to the length of time I was their (I was unable to drop my truck off, so I had to sit & wait).My point is, my experience, as a whole, with Walker was of the highest quality, they were ALL most professional, and they all pride themselves on customer service. I recommend their service based on the quality of work they perform, but more so because of the quality of people they have!

I took my Jeep to Walker to get it repaired and they got on it right away. They found the problem and give me an estimate to fix it. The Jeep had several problems: abs sensors on two tires, oil cooler leak and rear main seal leak. As a mechanic myself, I was shocked at the large bill but I know it takes a while to do these things. I received a phone call about 8 hours later that my Jeep was fixed. I couldn't believe that all of this work was done in 8 hours especially since the rear main seal requires the transmission to be pulled. When I went to pick up my Jeep I was even more shocked to find out that I was charged for 16 hours of labor because that is what the book says it is supposed to take. I paid for double the amount of labor that was actually used to do the work because they go by a book to charge for labor. Beware! If you get a big job done you will pay a big price because some book tells them what to charge. So then their mechanic can sit around for 8 hours, play on their phone and make $175.00 an hour while you pay them. I will not be taking anything else to Walker for repairs.

Great experience. I had my 2013 Ram 3500, towed to Walker. I'm from out of town and didn't know anyone to take it too. It was found that my starter was the problem. The price was a little higher than I expected but I was a Dodge technician back in the day so I understood why. You see these technicians go to schools to learn how to make repairs, they get the experience and are able to beat book time. That is how they make their money. I personally would rather have someone who knows what they are doing than just have a parts replacer.

I brought my SUV and my truck from Walker Dodge.. I left feeling better knowing that the agent whom were a sign to assist me not only wanted to make sure the sale was sign seal with a smile handshake and I left feeling delivered for thank you again Walker

My daughter purchased a dmDodge Journey that needed repairs and the car is still there once my daughter lets me know when she receives her vehicle I'll update my post as of now she is ok with Walker Chrysler Dodge
