Walker Collision Center was very helpful. Dina was the representative I worked with. I was given a quote as I was there waiting. We set a day to bring my car in for repairs. There was an added charge that Dina called and discussed with me. Once in agreement work was finished on my KIA. I brought the car in for repairs on a Tuesday and the following Tuesday I received a call that I could pick up my vehicle. The work on the repairs was excellent. I would recommend Walker Collision Center to anyone.

Every time we use Walker KIA Service things just get better and better. Sam, Nora, and Derrick excel at Customer Service. Overall they make us feel good we purchased a KIA.

The Walker GMC maintenance department is one of a kind team. There’s one team member that stands out, and his name is Mr. Alan Gorum. Every time I have gone to walker gmc to have my truck serviced, I have been lucky enough to be assigned Mr. Gorum. Mr. Gorum is very knowledgeable and professional not only to me, but I witnessed his professionalism to others awaiting vehicle maintenance. Mr. Gorum takes the time to explain every detail in depth concerning the customer’s vehicle, and makes the decision easy to proceed with the repairs whatever the may be. Walker GMC is very blessed to have employees such as Mr. Gorum as well as others. It’s all about customer service at the end of the day. Thank you!!

Mr. John Slayter was by far the best salesman I’ve dealt with ever! Very professional, awesome person! He really made the experience of buying a vehicle worth every minute. I will be coming to see him in a few months to buy my wife a truck! All the staff very very nice and comforting! Made me feel like I was part a someone’s family! Probably the best dealership experience totally. I’m super happy! I can’t remember the sales manager’s name but him, John Slayter, Misty, & Brittany Vinson were amazing!

Absolutely an A+ service experience consistent of “customer first”. I came in without an appointment in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I was offered a shuttle, coffee, and a discount when I paid my bill. They truly made every effort to make me comfortable as if if I were the only customer, which I wasn’t. Top notch dealership and crew.

I would like to thank Dina Rogers for keeping me up to date on the status of my repair. She was amazing with her communication. The part I needed to fix my vehicle was on backorder for 60 days, but it wasn't the shops' fault. They did everything in their power to help expedite the process. Absolutely loved the dealership part. Cortez the manager & Jeter the man who sold me the car made this whole ordeal bearable. When I bought my car the service part of the dealership knew the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They cleared the check engine light and lied and said the car was sellable. They took my car in for 24 hours just to tell me that the part they needed took two months to come in and they had already been waiting a month so it would take another month. They said my car was to drive and they would call me when the part came in. A month later I heard nothing so I called adam the advisor. He told me I had to wait another month since I was pushed back (which was a lie) a week later my car started running funny and was undriveable. I called Cortez at this point frustrated and he immediately put me in a different car and drove my car to Adam himself. So conveniently when Cortez did that adam “was just about to call me and say that part came in early” . Long story short they had my car for about 2 months and kept playing around, lying about how many cars were ahead of mine. It took for me to honestly go off before my car was suddenly fixed. Honestly if it wasn’t for Cortez and Jeter I would have looked into suing the dealership. If you have to pay work with Adam my advice is not to let him slide with anything. Once you do all he will do is play with your time and your vehicle.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
