Service team went above and beyond during a routine oil change. The oil filter housing was cracked and unservicable. They were not going to be able to get the parts until the next day. However, my family and I were traveling and I was a keynote speaker the next morning. They were able to obtain a new part at closing so we could be back on the road. Sam and Nora treat their customers as family. You need your Kia serviced when it matters the most. This is where you need to stop....

Phenomenal purchase experience with Blaise from Walker Kia. We needed a vehicle ASAP and Blaise was helpful, communicative, and did everything to help us make an informed decision and purchase our vehicle with Walker Kia. Blaise has also been very helpful post-purchase, which is something I haven't experienced before. Highly recommended.

I ordered a part for my car last year, and due to the issues that followed the pandemic, the part was going to be delayed. I called to see if my part had come in, and had to leave a voicemail about it. Left my contact number so they could call me. That was July 18th, and still no call. Pretty poor service, of you ask me.

We had to pay for service that should've already been covered under warranty .... we brought the car into for updateds.....then found out somethings was make the car cut off while operating....so ask them to have the mass air flow to be replaced or clean...because we had it checked into at autozone an it read bad ....I printed it out ....told them the issue we was experiencing ....they Diagnose the car....it's just needs to be cleaned and charged us Nearly 600$ out of pocket ? we only had 86k miles on 2019 kia forte....remind you Kia warranty is 100k for 10 years plus we paid for additional warranty for about 150k miles but yet in all still end up having to pay ?....said it was do to regular maintenance ....again we paid for extra warranty when we purchased vehicle

I was recently in a car accident leaving me no choice but to purchase. I live in monroe so I was looking at the Kias here. It was terrible experience. They had a 4K mark up and told me that it was bc of covid. My mom found me a car here in alexandria and the process was easy!!!! My car was delivered and papers were brought to me in my home to sign at my convenience. Thank you Austin Cooper. You did ? ?

Bought a new car from them recently. They are NOT like other predatory dealerships. These people are genuinely good human beings who are conducting business with honesty, integrity, and transparency - qualities that are exceedingly rare in the car business these days.Lilyann and Cortez were friendly, genuine, relatable, and approachable. It felt like they were on my side as opposed to the typical "us VS them" mentality, and I didn't feel like I needed to constantly play defense to ensure I wasn't being taken advantage of.Walker Kia is the ONLY Kia dealership I will EVER do business with in the future!Thank you for being awesome!

Was moderately good up until they attempted to create damages on our potential trade to low ball the offer. They created a "damage" list that included 6K worth of damage that they would have to "repair" before they could sell the car. Mind you their used lot includes a used Niro with drivers side mirror damaged (power fold inop and flops when you drive), the door handle on the drivers side broke, sun cooked weather stripping (which they said is "normal"), damaged rear hatch button, BUT they have to fix 6K on a trade to sell it. WORTHLESS SCAMMERS! The psychology behind this, is to trick the consumer into thinking there is massive damage to their trade, low ball an offer, scare the consumer into thinking that they almost HAVE TO trade their vehicle in with all this damage, with NO INTENTIONS of the repairs being legitimate, and/or the dealership repairing them. ITS A KNOWN AUTOMOTIVE SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! Take your trade somewhere else or sell it privately! Sold our vehicle for more than 2x what Kia attempted to scam us with. THEN go to ANY OTHER KIA dealer than WALKER KIA! ORR kia sells them all day long! Took my trade over to the Ford dealer and they quoted less than 2K to fix a bumper, installed! If I could leave this review with a no-star I would! Walker Toyota and Walker Honda were exceptional, sat down with us and were honest that they best offer they could do on my trade was about auction pricing, which was STILL HIGHER than what WALKER KIA tried to scam me with! Wasted our time and energy with this dealer, will NEVER recommend anyone to trade any vehicle here. If you go in to purchase off the lot, probably will be fine, sticker price is sticker price, all they do is plug in numbers. If you want to order like buying on amazon, go to another dealer, they can click on the same buttons walker kia can, and contrary to what was told to me "all other Louisiana dealers are charging 3k-5k over sticker price", this is a false statement to attempt to scare you into only buying from them. Be aware of these scams, research other dealers and other brands, ended up with a Honda CRV Hybrid sport for less than a Kia would have cost in a comparable package.

We have no complaints with the service or staff at Walker Kia. We are, however, having a lot of trouble with Kia Financing. Their web site never loads, so you can't make your payments on time. Its a known issue if you search for it. Then the collection people call and if you try to pay with a card they transfer you to western union. Who then transfers you to some "rainbow realty" company. My husband is going to start paying them via check via certified mail until we can get the vehicle refinanced. So, my advice is, dont use their financing unless you want late payments on your credit!

3 hours to do simple maintenance. Provided the wrong oil in my vehicle, lied to me about warranty work. Nora and her supervisors are a joke. No wonder Kia and Hyundai just get stolen nowadays. Worse dealership in all of the United States.

Walker Kia is Awesome. All of our experiences here at this Dealership are above and beyond what you would expect. The Customer Service after the sale is phenomenal. I called Friday morning February 17th to talk to service the receptionist answered my call transferred me to Service I talked to Nora in Service told her what was going on she told me to bring it in ASAP. I called back with another question and again the receptionist transferred my call after a few minutes the Receptionist Brittany came back on the line to see if I wanted to continue to hold on. I just decided to go on to the dealership. When I got there Nora in Service got the Work Order in and I decided I would wait for a bit. They have a Shuttle and offered to take me to Mall or whatever. I walked up front to meet the Receptionist Brittany who didn’t leave me on Death hold and Thank her for being so attentive to customers on phone. Ultimately from the Sales Manager to all the Sales Associates whom I talked with while I was there were all cordial and friendly. Everyone at that Dealership works as a Team together taking care of customers. If your in the market for a Kia Walker Kia will do right by you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank You Brittany Receptionist, Nora in Service, Austin our Sales Associate, Cortez Sales Manager and all the Associates, Technicians, Finance you all have it down !! We purchase a 2020 Kia Optima in Oct. 2022. This dealership epitomizes was Customer Service is from the day we bought this this car they have exceeded in Customer Service. Today was no exception I ran over something in the road 2 weeks ago but never really had any issues until yesterday. While driving on the interstate there was a flapping and scraping sound coming from underneath. I'm 66 years old so I couldn't look underneath. This morning I called Kia they told me to bring it in. I did they told me the skid plate was torn up. I couldn't afford to pay for it today. So made it so I could drive it. Changed the oil and rotated the tires. From the receptionist Brittany who took the call transferred me to Service who was busy and couldn't answer my call quickly. Brittany picked my call back up and explained I could hold, call back or Service could call me back. I decided I would just go to Kia. My point is Brittany did not leave me on Death hold. Service Department Nora took my car in they offered to Shuttle me anywhere but I stayed. Every single person who works at Kia were friendly polite went above and beyond to make me appreciated. If you ever want to see Team work in action, Outstanding Customer Service during and after the Sale then go to Walker Kia you won't be disappointed. Shout outs to Receptionist Brittany, Nora in Service, Cortez I Bria Sales Manager, Austin Cooper my Sales Person and everyone else who works there definitely know and understand true Customer Service!!
