Everything about the experience was exceptional. The personal attention provided to the scheduling, recommendation of services, helping me select the services that were the most needed that would fit my budget, how quickly everything was completed, and the follow up....it was wonderful. Thanks to Allen and the entire team at Walker!

The salesman, John Slayter was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone we spoke to was amazing from sales to finance. We got a great deal on a '23 Terrain that we love and we will definitely go back and /or refer anyone who needs a car to Walker.

Although I didn't purchase the truck from Walker I started using them for service because they used to take care of us. Now your lucky to get them on the phone and even with an appointment for a simple service it takes 4 and 5 hours. my work schedule doesn't allow me to know when i will be off or not being I'm a 24/7 on call employee who travels out of state 95% of my time at work. We live 40 minutes away and don't have the luxury of just dropping off our vehicles. My most recent experience is, I had taken my 2019 2500HD Denali in for a Tire and wheel Rotate and balance and an all wheel alignment. The alignment and tire/wheel balancing was performed with almost perfection, but the fact that the tech rotating the tires in a clockwise pattern instead of crossing the front onto the rear position and rears straight onto the front position on a HD diesel 3/4 ton pickup truck blows my mind. GM website even explains the procedure for different drive types. This leaves me the choice of either leave it and let the front tire that was on the driver side which is now on front passenger side just keep wearing or i have to swap the tires around myself. Because I surely don't have time to drive 40 minutes back to the dealership and waste another 3-5 hrs waiting on them to correct it.And this isn't the first issue i have either. just the most recent. Walker service department worked on my pickup on and off almost like clockwork at least once a month for nearly 15 months and no one could fix the problem, keeping my pickup for days and weeks at a time trying to troubleshoot the issue leaving me with no ride until i finally had enough and demanded a loaner or else. I ended up having to take the truck to a dealership in Florida because the truck broke down again while i was on the road. Luckily for me the diesel tech at that Florida GM dealer was very experienced and knowledgeable. So well that he diagnosed the issue that i had been having all along and made the repairs and had me on the road in less that 2 hrs.Just seems that the quality of service and lack of knowledgeable techs keeps getting worse and worse.

4 years ago, I bought a Yukon with Todd, they delivered, and I signed. Easy as that. So, with that experience I was definitely reaching out to Todd again. This time I decided to make a trip over there. Basically, it felt like I was dealing with an old high school friend. Todd is very personable, friendly and courteous. Without a doubt I will reach out to Todd again!

My Service Advisor yesterday Sam Cornette was polite and friendly. He gave me the expected wait time and was very close on what he quoted. He is someone yall should keep in this position because my last experience had me not wanting to come back EVER. Sam changed my mind and will make me give Walker another chance for service in the future.

Horrible, the only good thing was the shuttle driver an I really don't think the service was free to me. Because I was charged 200.00 an they called it " diagnostic service", an turned around an said to actually fix what they said is wrong would be 1,800. I brung my car in mainly for a recall of the Evaporative Emissions Purge Valve that I know doesn't expire til 04/29/2034 or 150,009. I dont even have a 100,000 miles yet, close but not yet!!! They told me it was no longer valid an my warranty ran out. I also asked them to find out why I had lights such as ABS, Stabilitrak an check engine light been on, was it due to this recall. Those lights weren't on at the time of visit. Instead Tandy the advisor called me an said I have a problem with my Electronic Brake Control Module an it would be 1800 to fix. I said well what about the recall, he said it's expired an the mechanic checked an mine looked good.I asked can I drive vehicle safely an he said yes. "That it maybe 4 months before the lights show again. It's just the computer alerting that something is going on" I instructed him to put my vehicle back together an call me back. He called back an said I owe them 200 for diagnostic an did I need a ride. They didn't complete the service on my vehicle an I felt like they didn't do anything except gave me a ride to an from an charged me 200.00. That is the most EXPENSIVE RIDE ive ever had. Oh they did offer to rent me a car at 44.00 daily while they waited on my part if I paid them 1800. Walker you can guarantee I will no longer be returning to your establishment or referring. I'd just like to point out the fact that I do Hospice work. Taking care of people who are expected to die at anytime an I take my job very seriously an I must have a reliable car to get me back an forth. I have never been charged for a mechanic telling me what's wrong with my car. They should have called me an let me know if the recall wasn't the problem. I felt I was mistreated by them. My warranty isn't out . I have a problem with the EVAPORATIVE EMISSIONS PURGE VALVE an it hasn't expired. Yall can contact me. I will be following up with Buick as well. I am not happy with yall at all.

I got there at 1:15 I was told it would be 2 hours I had 3 other vehicles ahead of mine. I was good with that after I was there 3 hours my truck hasn’t been started on yet. The intake guy said I had 6 vehicles ahead of mine I didn’t have a appointment. There were 2 ladies with 2:00 appointments one lady left at 4:00 and the other lady was still waiting when I left. I was there from 1:15 until 5:00 for a oil change and tire rotation. This was the worst service I have ever had. I would recommend a shop supervisor and just be honest with the customers. Apparently an appointment is not any better.

The last three times I had my car serviced at Walker Buick -GMC, I ask if the workers were experienced workers as each time my driver side mat was heavily soil with oil and grease. 1st time the mat was cleaned, no solution dripping out of mat. Second time reminded the manager for a paper mat to be put down for the oil prints, was worse than ever, showed the manager, he cleaned the mat put in a bag with solution pouring out, told him not to put in my car, to throw it away. This Third time I ask for paper to be put down but still put grease all over my mat. I showed them and threw it away. I said what is the deal with all the grease? I have lung problems which i told them was the reason I Did not want the chemicals in my mats. I pay for the service and I really believe the company owes me for the driver side greasy mats I have had to throw away or I can go to another place to do business and this also means buying my vehicles as I had been trading in Houston, Texas. One time for greasy mats, I can understand but not three. Experienced workers should know better. Not a happy customer

Ross was amazing and made sure everything was good before I left the dealership. He even stayed after closing ensuring everything was fine. He checked on me and ask how I was doing days later.

I needed a dealership to look at my 2009 Mazda 3 hatchback as a traction light appeared on the dash. I met Adam the Mazda service advisor at Walker and he set me up within 5 minutes of me showing up. It took them about a week for diagnosis but, they were very thorough and gave me detailed diagnostics on the which sensor specifically failed. More important than that, they recommended a few maintenance items as I was approaching 55K miles (Brake fluid flush, coolant flush, and fuel induction cleaning). Normally I'd skip this but needed the car to be as reliable for a big trip I was about to take so figured I should do it. Keep in mind the previous I took it to claimed to do this. Once I received the car it drove like it was brand new. Brakes finally reacted smoothly, A/C wasn't struggling to keep up anymore, and acceleration was much smoother. I was mainly impressed with them fixing my airbox without me saying anything about it. We had a neighbor "help" disconnect the battery and lost some clips and screws to keep it together. They replaced all of them and didn't charge anything for it. Absolutely the first time I've had a dealer do more than what you ask for in a positive light. If you need advanced Mazda service I would highly recommend talking to Adam Kollar at Walker first. He'll absolutely make sure your car drives out better than when it came in.
