The oil change took me more than three and a half hours. I asked the guy who took my information not to include tire rotation. Although my vehicle has different tire sizes (225-45-17 Rare, 245-45-17 Front), they rotated them. When I asked them to return the tires, they only did one side. Again, I had to ask them to return the tires again. That was very time-consuming. The question is how they let untrained people provide services. Such a bad experience, and I will never return to this place.

Seth Jones was very kind and made the purchase of my first brand new car easy. I had no car to get to the dealership so Seth came and got me at my home. He brought me back home afterwards. I've been ill and Seth brought the car to me once it had arrived. He definitely went above and beyond carrying my walker and oxygen with us each time!

I have a Japanese import for which it is extremely difficult to locate parts. I eventually called Walker Toyota and spoke with the parts department. They were highly knowledgeable and patient and tracked down everything I needed. They were very professional and courteous and have outstanding customer service skills. Thank you to the professionals at Walker Toyota in Alexandria.

When my 2018 Sienna was totaled I knew it was going to be a huge pain to replace it as there were just none to be had. I happened on Walker Toyota with one due in. Seth Jones kept in contact step by step and helped make it happen. He went over and beyond to make a stressful situation go as smoothly as humanly possible. We'll seriously consider driving over from Houston again the next time we need a new car. Huge thanks to Walker Toyota and Seth Jones.

I needed to replace the 2 pneumatics for my van trunk door. The salesman sold me 4 brackets that were crazy expensive and totally unnecessary to be replaced. 2 of the 4 brackets were the wrong part! They told me I cannot get any refund because I changed debit cards.They sent me a message that I can call to speak to a manager, yet the number is no longer in service. That was just for show.Proir, I had one of my brakes lock-up when we were driving our car after they replaced my brake pads. This could have killed us if we were on the interstate. They said mechanic didn't tighten-up the brakes properly. They replaced the bad tire and fixed the brakes yet never apologized at all.If I need something from a Toyota dealership, I will drive an hour south to Opelousas. I am done with Walker!

The customer service at Walker Toyota is undeniably the worst experience for any person car shopping. If you are looking for consistency in numbers amongst the salesman and GSM, clear answers to why the interest rate is fluctuating, or the feeling of being confident and comfortable in your purchase, DO NOT SHOP HERE! Being pressured or feeling like a burden by a"Sales Manager" saying things like "Take it or leave it" or to know he's getting aggravated with the process is not acceptable. Things like this should not be expressed to aBUYING CUSTOMER.Definitely 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

Toyota services, today you lost a customer due to your rude and very poor service. Today Saturday August 12 2023 at 1020 a.m. I called about services, the receptionist answered the phone and asked how to place my call and I said services. She then said services is closed on Saturdays (which is crazy considering most people are off on weekends to do this stuff) and asked when because I could have sworn I'd been there on a weekend before. She then proceeded to briefly answer my question but as I tried to ask another She just said okay bye and hung up. So hello lake Charles let's find a dealership that I will also buy my new car from.

Can’t get a call back. Had a quote for work on my vehicle and when I got the parts and went back with an appointment. I waited for three hours for them to say they couldn’t get to it today and the labor had doubled. Both leesville and Lafayette toyota had the original quote when I called them. He said he would call me by the end of the day but never did. I’d drive to another dealership if possible.

They will do anything to sell you a vehicle but“The service department” will not answer the phone and you can never speak with anyone and their service department is absolutely terrible!! It’s impossible to get a call back my family only drives Toyota and will never buy a new vehicle from Walker Toyota!

Can NOT get the service dept on the phone! After DAYS of calling multiple times all throughout the day, finally got someone on the phone and he said he’d call us back with an estimate. Never heard from them again. This service dept is a JOKE!
