“Haven’t been here in years but reviews definitely help those who are looking for someone. I lived in Napoleonville at the time I was going, and there was a shop that was literally 2 minutes away, but Mr. Drew was worth the 45 minute drive because he’s that awesome. Gotta say he’s one of the best in the area literally from the moment you pull up (he’ll guide you how to pull up to his workspace. I thought that part was always fun).
Once you get out, you’re greeted by this kind man with happiness and an elbow (instead of shaking hands); he’s super clean, you’ll see him washing his hands constantly. Sometimes he’ll offer you a popsicle (another favorite). You can literally sit in the workspace with him as he goes downstairs under your vehicle and watch him work as he talks to you, not missing a beat (I’ve been to a shop in Morgan City behind Rouses that didn’t cap my oil right and my oil leaked out and my engine blew while driving down the highway; their manager ducked my calls and refused to pay, but I definitely gave up the fight too soon on that).
Mr. Drew is Very down to earth and professional. He also has other things like windshield wipers and will change them out for you if you need a new pair. If I could give that man 10 stars, I definitely would.”

“A huge thank you to Eric, Izzy, and Mark at Chabill's! Had a blow out on my travel trailer just as I pulled into Lake End. Spoke to Eric. Izzy came out within the hour to level my trailer on blocks for the night, then back 1st thing the next morning to mount the new tire. On the way out of town on Sunday, the other tire blow on Hwy 90. Called Eric and he had Mark on his way to get me back on the road. Once Mark go to me, he discovered the rim he had on board didn't match the rim on the trailer. So he called another member of the team and in a few minutes another rim with tire was delivered. Really impressed with the team's all hands on deck attitude toward taking care of customer needs.”
