Back in December I rented the product decline to set up ez pay... Told the guy that I did not want easy pay setup he assured me that it wasn't since then ezpay has never been used on my account Friday I wake to make my payment only to find that easy pay has been used and the payment was removed from my account call the store was told that was impossible upon showing proof payment was refunded to my account so I inquire about why and who set up only to be told by the assistant manager that I set it up showing proof that I have never used ez pay...I was told that I would hear from someone within 24 hrs ... haven't heard from a regional manager or HQ... Had to cancel my banking card which delayed bills that are due I'm very upset

Everything was going good but when the delivered my couch it was ripped and damaged in places in which they did not tell me when I financed it. When they delivered the merchandise the delivery drivers noticed the damages and told me to call the store and let them know. So I called over a month ago and still have yet received a call back on the problem. This is crazy I'm spe ding over 3,000 on a damaged couch. They could care less on resolving the issue.

I expected more professionalism. Deliver when you promise to deliver! Am I toassume customer service is no longer a priority these days? You have received payment, why must we wait on our purchases?

Went in on Saturday to rent a new mattress and box spring get home looking at my paperwork I see it is pre-owned so I call Sunday left a message called Monday morning to let Rudy know I wanted a new one not a used one he tells me he will call me back he does he finds me one I drive 20 miles back over there to approve them he tells me he's gonna have them load them up and they will be delivered today that was at 12:30 call back at 3:45 was told delivery manager was out to lunch she would call me back at 5:30 I'm calling back cause no one called me back only to be told it can't be delivered today after I was told 3 times it would be.I took my business elsewhere
