The same here. I got a $10 wash with my card. The next day $20 was taken off the same card. How can they do that ? If no one physically used my card to make a transaction ?

Vacuums were in working condition. I used 2 for as I was turning my vehicle around, my spot was taken by a young man that did not use the vacuum but decided to sit and converse with other users of the vacuums. Even tho I asked him to move.
