“Truck steering was terrible so I dropped in to have a tire replaced and an alignment done. I was notified that the reason my steering was in such bad shape wasn't entirely the steering alignment. My front tires were seperating and coming apart. ( Truck sat for 4 years.) Now they were basically acting like big water bags. They squared it away and recommended I change my lower ball joints and control arms. Thats done and the truck is right as rain.I highly recommend them. Great service, done in a few hours, good attitude, didnt BS me.”

“The service department was a great experience. They seem very committed to making sure the customer experience is as smooth as possible. They took the time to educate me on the repair process and kept me updated on the progress of fixing my truck.I had taken my truck to 2 other shops and had failed fixes. The shop foreman Kayla personally spoke to me on the phone and even had me drive my truck with her. She was friendly and professional and was quickly able to figure out what was going on. The other shops kept telling me i needed to rebuild my transmission but an hour after our drive she walked me into the shop and showed me a single wire that was causing the issue on my truck. My truck hasnt acted up since the repair and they even called me about a week after to follow up and made sure my truck was fixed.”

“Very pleased and happy I stopped . I was about to get on I55 and head for McComb for a failed tire on my new 2000 mi car . Hood Motor Amite had a new tire next day AND at 0 cost put a temp plug in my new car tire! And the car didn't come from them. The staff inside were kind and stopped and chatted. At least 5 staff in 2 days talked at length with me.”

“I have known Caleb for numerous of years he works for me as a technician at a local automobile dealership where he impressed me with his knowledge and ability to learn about vehicles very quick. Every job that he has ever done for me in the past was excellent no comeback due to installation or workmanship on his jobs. I have known him for such a long time that any vehicles that I bring to him for repair that I own I never asked for an estimate as I know that I'll be treated as well as the next man. He's very accomplished and does extremely very good work and stands behind anything that he does providing it is going to be warrantable work. I would more recommend him before any dealership or repair facility or specialized shops within a 30 mi radius. He's also very prompt on repair time keeping you informed on repairs without you blowing his phone up and very very courteous. I would say he's a southern gentleman with a handshake. I highly recommend his repair facility regardless of other comments that may be made because of their neglect of repair. Not his! Thank you for allowing me to give you this evaluation”
