Purchased a Ferris mower. Very best and most comfortable mower I have ever used. Wonderful helpful staff. I couldn't be happier. Pricey but that is what needs to happen to get a Cadillac ride.

You can usually get the parts you need however the parts are pricey. Have "shopped" this place MANY TIMES...8 don't even mind paying a little higher price if I get good customer service. Not one time have I walked into this place and been greeted. Have stood and stood and waited to be acknowledged and waited on and then to have someone wait on you that makes you feel.like you have disrupted their nap time. Last time I went there, there was a young man that was very nice, sorry I don't knownhis name.
I have found a new place close by with much better customer service and cheaper....however I would rather pay a higher price for good customer service than cheaper price and be made felt like I was imposing. Just sayin.

Took a weed eater to get fixed the mechanic told me the piston was fried he couldn't fix it and he asked me if I wanted to strap it, wat he didn't know was I knew better so I bought a carburetor from them put it on and it fired up second pull I'm just wondering how many people have he lied too

Great place! Purchased a couple chainsaws here and the gentleman was super knowledgeable about the Stihl products. Had everything I needed and great customer service.They even recommended a few restaurants to try while I was in town.

As a kid, my family went to Eastside Garage for all our lawnmower, tiller, and chainsaw needs. As an adult I recognize and appreciate the value of utilizing Eastside for my lawnmower and chainsaw needs. I've purchased both from Eastside and always experience excellent customer service. Definitely a business I feel great about supporting locally.

I’ve done business with them for many years. However, yesterday I purchased a product and they charged me an additional 4% fee because I used my credit card! Talk about bad business! First of all if you are paying 4% you’re getting screwed. I have a 2.4% rate at my business. It’s called negotiating. You are penalizing the consumer. I read an article that said 71% will not shop or return to that business.“the moral of the story is this: would you rather have 97% of something or 100% of nothing? Rational business owners will choose the 97% every day of the week.”
