“I cannot be more thankful to Charles and the CARS team for their help with my Subaru Impreza. About a week before I separated from the military and planned to move away from Louisiana, my impreza had some serious issues. The parts were very expensive, and Charles told me he could save me money if he had more time to shop for deals, which he did. He agreed to hold my Impreza for a while so I could coordinate it to be shipped back to my home state. Unfortunately, I went unemployed for much longer than I planned, and couldn't pay for the repairs right away. Charles continued to keep my car safe until I regained my income and was able to pay for the repair and shipping.

“I have the worst luck! I've had 3 new cars in the past 4 years and shortly after getting each one I was involved in some type of accident. Side swiped in the first one while out of town, ambulance backed into the second one, and my newest car was attacked by a runaway cart at Market Basket. The only consistent thing out of these 3 situations was Nash's Paint & Body. They were caring, professional, and did great body work each time. I was scheduled in as soon as possible and they gave me back my car sooner than expected each time. I love living in a small town and knowing we have some great people to help us when the time comes. Highly recommend!”

“Had waited for over an hour for AAA to find a truck to get my truck out of a sand pit I had found myself stuck in with no ETA from AAA. Mr. Hilton answered our call for rescue at 9pm and was there within 20 minutes. Was extremely fair with the price given the situation I had gotten my truck into and was friendly about the whole process. If you need a tow or off road recovery, this is the guy to get you back on the road.”

“I just had the ultimate customer service and human experience at Walmart. I’ve been in town all weekend for a family reunion. On Monday, October 21st, 2024 at 4pm, I arrived at the Walmart in Leesville, LA with my dad, and my aunts, his sisters. One aunt is diabetic, and she left her phone and her glucose monitoring device at home. I realized that she needed her phone to keep track of her blood sugar. While we were walking about the store, I noticed that she was getting quiet. I stuck close to her side and kept my hand in the small of her back, supporting her while she pushed the cart. I got scared she might pass out. After a few minutes, I knew her blood sugar was plummeting. I stopped at the self-checkout waiting for my dad and my other aunt while they finished their shopping. Amy showed up like an Angel and asked if we were okay. I asked her for a bottle of orange juice, and Amy also offered to get a chair and a buggy. I advised that a chair would be most useful, so that she could sit down and drink the orange juice to get her strength back. Amy said she would come back to check on us, after assuring we have everything we needed. A few minutes later, I checked on my aunt and she said she was ready to go dancing! I cannot express my gratitude for Amy’s kindness and care. It was the ultimate in customer service. She was alert, thoughtful and kept calm. It was an incredible expression of empathy and human kindness, something we see too little of these days. There is no way, I could depart Leesville without offering my most sincere appreciation for Amy and the compassion she showed me and my aunt today! Thank you, Amy…we love you!!!”

“On our way to Toledo Bend & passed on a roof shingle with a roofing nail. Ford Co. notified us of losing tire pressure on the driver side front tire of my expedition. We needed it fixed ASAP so I googled tire repair service & the shop was very close by. People were extra friendly & had my tire removed, patched & put back on within a few minutes & were back on the road. Would recommend this professional service shop to anyone!”
