I have many subscriptions through Amazon every month and every couple months they don't deliver my bigger boxes or heavy ones and fail to leave notes or if they see my kids playing in the yard tells them that I need to go pick them up. What's the point of a USPS if they can pick and choose what boxes and when they feel like delivering them.

THIS post office is HORRIBLE!!!! Constantly leaving packages in the back of their vehicles & not delivering them. Saying they don't have packages because they send them all out & then the next day Saying they lost it in their vehicle!! I can't wait to never use this post office again. The one lady that works inside is also SO RUDE and acts like she is entitled & acts like you are putting her out of the way when she needs to do her job (ie: send a package, buy stamps, extra)

When I was a kid we would skip school and fish in this pond. The owners were both teachers so we knew that they wouldn't be around to catch us. R.I.P. Mrs. and Mr. Merchant.

Super helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond by allowing me to pick up a package on Sunday. Even loaded it into my car for me.

If I could give the Anacoco USPS office negative stars I would! Rude staff in the office. Terrible hours of operation. Never seem to get my mail in a timely manner. Much of my mail is destroyed by the time it makes it to my box. I installed a new mailbox and concreted in the ground. Six months later I stopped receiving mail all of a sudden. After over a week of no mail, I called up to the office and they said my box was not in regulation. They provided me no warning - just stopped delivering my mail. The rude lady that works in there (Mrs. Williams) was of no help answering my questions and could not provide an explanation of how to fix the box issue. I ended up having to file a complaint with the main office of USPS in Philadelphia to get the issue resolved.
