The sales clerks at the St. Claude location of Autozone was absolutely wonderful. So helpful in every way, even letting me know that I had achieved a $20 credit on my rewards account after purchasing my new $300 car battery. Ms. Cherylynn was so very sweet and super knowledgeable in helping me decide which battery would be best for my Pathfinder and Kenneth was very cheerful in checking me out on my bonus shopping spree. I've used other locations in the past, including this one, and always found employees to be very helpful. But when my original car battery died in close proximity to the St. Claude location, I knew that would be in good hands. So much so that I when I left, I stopped at the donut shop across the street and delivered a dozen assorted treats to Ms. Cherylynn & Kenneth!

Love that I can go into this location and find any and everything. The shelves are always fully stocked and staff is always helpful.

After stepping into this location and waiting in line to be assisted I asked for a micro . The clerk asked what it was for I told him the part was for a motorcycle but it didn't matter it was a simple 12v micro relay. He insisted he needed to know the exact part number and make and model of vehicle. I assured him he could reach any micro relay off the shelf in back and I would purchase it. They all work the same it could even be a four or five prong relay. He refused to get the relay and continued to ask questions. Next he said he couldn't get the relay because he wasn't sure what it was for. I explained again the relays they have in the store work the same and I just need one. He then asked me to wait while he helped other customers then asked two other employees who followed the same routine due to their lack on knowledge of parts. Finally after 20 mins of no success I walked out the store drove to Orielly auto parts and spend a total of three minutes to get the part I needed. I will not be returning to this location again and I advise other to not go there either
