Mr Cesar at the store really help me and went as far as helping with getting a new phone and new deal that covered all my plan and autopay .. he also help me with saving extra money by setting me up with insurance, give this man a raise he is well mannered and educated.. I will be back just for him

I would advise people not to go to this store. The little guy that works there just makes stuff up and lies to make the sale. Absolutely horrible customer service. He should not be allowed to give people false information just so he can say what they want to hear… I’m making my son switch carriers because this store doesn’t deserve a single penny

They emailed me to update my sim card, once I get there I'm told they will be discontinuing my phone in January, should have lead with that, the girl helping me was fine but didn't give my sister her I'd card back and the next day said they didn't have it, it was the only place either one of us had to show identification
