I no longer live in Louisiana but when I did this was the pickled meat brand I would buy to season my greens and my beans it's the best!! When ever any of my New Orleans family or friends come to visit me they know to bring me quite a few packages of tips and tails. Wish I could get it in Texas:(

Very friendly people, call ahead if you want to unload early, there is not alot of parking just an empty lot across from them, enough room for 2 trucks, no Lumper fee, 2 dock doors, very simple ..use the lot across to set up and back in.
