Mike’s Golden Cleaners truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Their service is always reliable and professional, but this experience really stood out.
I accidentally missed their closing time while trying to pick up my husband’s suit for a wedding. Michelle, the owner’s wife, was kind enough to come back when they were already closed just so we could get the suit in time. That level of generosity and customer care is incredibly rare and so appreciated.

“I had 12 washers worth of clothing to do. This was accomplished within 3 hours. Coin changer was accurate, which too many aren't. Clean facility. Trifle difficult to maneuver if one is mobility impaired due to the carts, but still manageable. May well return if I have another set like last night's. Recommended.”

“CLOSED ON SUNDAY'S You'd think I remember this by now but my internal errand clock wants me to keep driving out here just to be disappointed. The reason I keep coming back is because the ladies working the front are so sweet and friendly. Today we chatted about Blockbuster and how parents used to leave their kids there for a bit to roam around (ie get a break from parenting). Prices are more than fair and my dry cleaning always comes out perfect. The turnaround time is decent and more importantly it's a local joint. For them being located in Uptown, you honestly can say they have competitive prices. Mr. Sharif is always a wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly proprietor; and now - his family that has taken the reigns (ANDREW) is phenomenol! He goes above and beyond if there is ever a hiccup (which is a heatwave in january more or less in terms of actually happening). These machines are superb quality, and the premises are pristine. More machines than you ever could have on site so never worry about waiting on someone else to finish, even when its busy! 10/10”

“Fixed my favorite shirt that was literally in taters. The collar had fallen apart and I didn't know if it was salvageable. I showed up and the shirt looked brand new. I have a lot of memories in this shirt and I'm so thankful they took the time and care to fix it so thoroughly. I would have paid quadruple what they charged. They have made me a customer for life. I enjoy the people that work there they're pleasant & helpful. This is also something you don't find at Laundromats.”
