“When my family and I moved to the Carencro area a couple of years ago we used a big chain pharmacy at first. During the medication shortages a while back my new born needed anibiotics. I tried nine places in the Lafayette area with no luck, the pharmacist here also didnt have the exact dose, but took the time to measure out a proper dose and got my son what was needed. I couldn't be happier with ever single visit since. They have my business for life and I reccomend anyone else tired of just being a number at one of the big chains wise up and go here.”
“I just left there!! Spoke to the owner regarding my husband’s medicine that Walgreens in Breaux Bridge was giving me grief about. He took the script and filled it right away. I will pick his meds up in the morning. Been fighting with Walgreens for 2 weeks and he did it in 10 minutes. We are transferring Every script we have to Bon Ami Pharmacy. Great personal service and could talk to the pharmacist. Perfection!! Highly recommend them!! We will gladly drive from Parks to Henderson for this kind of personal and frat no hassle service!!!!!! Keep up the great work!”
“Ms Toni is awesome and her customer service is wonderful. Already had trouble with Dr not calling in the meds. Then when she did she called em.into Walgreens. Walgreens didn't have enough to fill it and didn't bother to call me or my dad to yell us so. So they get the prescription Friday and wete gonna let us sit till Monday. Thus is heart meds. He just had major surgery. So I find this out and immediately called walmart to have it transfered. It was at the end of their day. Told me it'd be in the morning. I called at 1130 they said give us an hour. I get there and they r closed for lunch....OK. i come back and still not filled. Toni figured.out that Walgreens hadnt released it even though it was transfered so insurance wouldn't fill it because of that. She calls Walgreens back and find out they PARTIALLY filled it and that was too soon for the insurance to pay for it again....EVEN THOUGH WEVE NEVER HAD THE MEDICINE. So she calls them back to.released it for.real.and here I sit. I am so frustrated but she making it.better. THANKS TONI. WALGREENS CAN SUCK MY TOES AFTER WALMING THRU DOGPOOP. JS”
“First of all it’s a family owned business, when your prescription is called in they have your drugs in stock, not like the big pharmacy’s where you have to wait 4 to 5 days for your prescription. Atmosphere is a very good place and the staff are very friendly… love this pharmacy!”
“I don’t use the pharmacy since I’m not local and I have a small pharmacy nearby, but I learned that they have a small shop that sells the unique jewelry and accessories, candles and other things like that. I decided to stop by on my way home and see what they had in the store. The staff was very friendly and offered to help with anything I needed, so I explained that I was just browsing around. They never gave the awkward look of “what is this strange person doing” like some small places would. I think it’s my new obsession for the oils they sell (fragrance type) and I can already imagine the amount of stuff I will be buying from them. It’s definitely a good place for those who want to shop local and avoid the hassle of large pharmacies that don’t ever remember your name and they have an abundance of good items in their store for those who like to buy unique products or products that are not available in big retail stores. I recommend them for their products and friendly service”

“Just wanted to shout out Boyer’s Pharmacy. I had an emergent medical question (While waiting on the doctor to call back) and I called Boyer’s in a panic. The sweet lady that answered the phone took the time to listen to my situation and consulted with the pharmacist before pulling the medication off the shelf to hold for my mother to pick up before they closed for the day.
You won’t find customer service like this just anywhere in Henderson nor Breaux Bridge.

“Great family owned pharmacy. The staff is always friendly every time I go there. And there is never a very long wait for your prescription to be filled. Usually if you're waiting for your prescription it will only take around 15 to 20 minutes. There's also a drive thru, which makes things a lot more convenient.”
“I am so glad I switched too Northside. I drive 100 miles each month from Alexandria too Lafayette just I love my doctor and Northside is there pharmacy there always so nice and very helpful and very friendly. So yes it's worth every mile.”

“I enjoy this Walgreen's store. The store is always clean and neat and staff is friendly and helpful. I get my prescriptions there and they get things done in a reasonable amount of time. It seems like I always find myself having pleasant conversations with the workers there which is not always the case at other places.”
“O only gave it a four because there is sometimes a long wait at the drive through. Going inside is faster. But to their credit they work on a skeleton shift. That poor Pharmacists j feel sorry for but he does his job without complaint. They have always been my go to pharmacy.”

If they don't have it and you ask for it, they will get it Austin next day. Friendly fast service with pickup service and pull up service available from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday until noon on Saturday, Hardee's drug store is my go-to for all my prescriptions and first aid needs.”
