The management department has definitely improved. The maintenance department has been reliable lately. Landscaping has been consistent. The complex is honestly quiet.

I Wouldn't Advise No One To Rent From Camellia Trace Apartments They Do A Background Check,But Tenants Have Felony Charges Living There My Cousin Live In Building 109 And Said Some One Have 10 Cars Parked In The Parking Lot And The Other Tenants Do Have Anywhere To Park That's Is Ridiculous The Property Manager Needs To Check Into That It's Not Fair For The Other Tenants Please Property Manager Get On It Asap And My Cousin Told Me The Car Barely Move On A Daily Basis If The Other Tenants Have Company They Don't Have No Where To Park

I have not leased here yet … but the phone call with the property manager Danielle was enough rule out all the other prospects and rent here. She was very patient with me and all of my questions. When I did not understand something she cleared it up very politely. I can tell she is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and she even offered a same day tour when I called at 3:30!

I stayed 5 years and the management was changed 3 times in those 5 years. Cars were broken in the time period i was there. I move out because they wanted to go up on rent and plus everyone has to get thier own independent rental insurance on top of that. Rather then them including the rental insurance in the rent increase. Be careful if you smoke in your apartment there. ****They will not give you your deposit back . They will say Nicotine was in the paint. **** as a excuse .

My refrigerator stopped getting cold last night put in a work order the next day even called to see if someone can come now because my food was going bad and they taking there time they not going to replace my food and I don't have money like that to get more food then rent about to be due if they take any longer they not going to get all of rent due to them taking there time I'm a single mother trying to take care of my kids

Ac went out I had to call the 1800 # 10 times Saturday and Sunday. Its 95 degrees. NOBODY called nor came to check the AC but let me be late with my rent. I bet I get a phone call then. Management in the front office is clearly GREEN when it comes to knowing things. I asked her what was the problem with the AC she said she didn't know. The AC has gone out at least 4 times in the month of July. I'd really like to speak with someone in upper managemen . They expect the rent to be paid and I expect to get what I pay for.
