“I went to get my car inspected. I was prepared to have a rejection sticker because that windshield was all cracked up. Although, it wasn’t in my view. I am in no way complaining. I LOVED their service. They were friendly and asked if I wanted the rejection sticker or wanted to change the windshield & come back. (You paying for the inspection not the sticker.) I said go ahead and put it & set up a time for the windshield to be replaced. She did. She called and got the price while I was standing there. My insurance covered it (Yay for $0 glass deductible!) Saturday, I took my car and had the windshield changed with them. I do believe this was the cleanest windshield change I’ve ever had. No scrapings in the car on the dash. Woohoo! I will be back & will tell others.”

“I accidentally left my grandmother obituary on my dashboard right in front of my mileage and when I picked up my car the other day it's no where to be found, I realize that they have a note posted that says they aren't responsible but I just don't understand why they moved it when it wasn't bothering them or in their way. They've worked on my car before and it's aggravating that I always have to complain about the simplest things!! Lisa emailed me back after I emailed her and she was very sympathetic. She would check into it then let me know, very very sweet and helpful. Rather I get it back or not, she tried to help!”

“Woke up to find a hole in my back driver side window. Can't tell if it was from vandalism or my neighbor throwing a rock from his lawn equipment. Too hard to tell. Checked with Safelite first and they wanted to charge $320 (plus tax) to replace the back window, and they did not have an opening until Saturday which is two days from now. Called Auto Glass Now which was actually closer to my house and they quoted me $233 WITH tax and said I could bring it over anytime the same day for replacement. I have a much older car that didn't need calibration for window replacement, obviously the price would have been higher if it were a newer model. Since I keep a high deductible on my insurance and would be paying out of pocket it was a no-brainer to go to Auto Glass Now for the replacement. The manager who greeted and took care of me was very nice and professional. The workman who came and got my keys for the car was also kind and polite. All in all it took about an hour for them to do the job from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend them for anyone needing an auto glass replaced.”
“I went here a few weeks ago to get my new charger tinted and my appointment went as scheduled. The tech, Leo, said that the little spots should be gone within the next couple of days. After about 5 days, I called to let them know of some spots in the tint that appeared to not be smooth as they should have been. The person on the phone explained that the receipt specifically says that after 48hrs, the customer assumes responsibility. I decided to drive to the shop on Greenwell to get more clarity and Leo was there. After showing him what I saw, he scheduled me an appointment with no debate even after 48hrs. During both appointments with this business, I asked several questions and each employee was attentive to answer. They didn't make me feel like I was a bother to them either. I can say that I am satisfied with my service and Leo did a great job.Service: Vehicle window tinting”

I have had windshields front windows replaced several times over the years in various vehicles by Baker Glass. You know the feeling when you're driving in Baton Rouge and you hear that flying rock hit your windshield. Unpleasant. At least I know where to get the damage repaired or replaced.”
