“I only wish I could give more than 5-Stars. By far this is the most courteous, friendliest and efficient business I have had to deal with in years. If only every business would be like this. My windshield was leaking 3 weeks after Cornerstone Glass replaced it. There was no rain during that time so there was no problem. On 3/5/2024 came the first heavy rains in a while. I found the leaks then. Bad ones. Also, the wipers didn't work. Danny took my call and was anxious for me to come in to get checked out. I couldn't make it then, but came by first thing the next morning. I was warned I might need to wait for a replacement windshield to come in. Less than 10 minutes later I was told the windshield taken out was fine and would be reused. No need to wait so long. For the wipers it was simply a nut that was missed being tightened. The problem was a bad seal after the windshield sagged down because tape used to hold it until it set came unstuck on my old paint. In total it only took about 90 minutes to complete the fix.
Not only that but I discovered as I drove away that they had cleaned ALL other windows in the truck, even the back window. Service like that does not exist anywhere else.
I highly recommend Cornerstone Glass in Zachary. You cannot go wrong.

“Have been putting off getting my windshield replaced for years because I don’t have glass coverage and thought it would be ridiculously expensive, so I just dealt. But the cracks kept getting worse and worse with the cold, all the way through the horizon line, so I decided to call around for quotes. Got online estimates from major chains for over $600.
Called my go-to tire shop (Mavis on Essen) to ask if they had recommendations, and two workers said this place at the same time. Called and got an estimate of around $340 (I forgot how much exactly— I have a 2017 Honda Civic without any lane assist or rain detection sensors), with availability as early as later that day. Took it in, entire process took around an hour, paid exactly what was estimated, was given clear instructions on how to care for the windshield as the glue sets, and was on my way. So easy. Something I’ve been putting off and dealing with for years was handled in an afternoon for half what I was expecting to pay, with lifetime warranty if it starts leaking. Super happy and have way more peace of mind driving my car now, especially in the cold.
Windshield is crystal clear now, like looking through an open window, it’s insane. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend.”

“Woke up to find a hole in my back driver side window. Can't tell if it was from vandalism or my neighbor throwing a rock from his lawn equipment. Too hard to tell. Checked with Safelite first and they wanted to charge $320 (plus tax) to replace the back window, and they did not have an opening until Saturday which is two days from now. Called Auto Glass Now which was actually closer to my house and they quoted me $233 WITH tax and said I could bring it over anytime the same day for replacement. I have a much older car that didn't need calibration for window replacement, obviously the price would have been higher if it were a newer model. Since I keep a high deductible on my insurance and would be paying out of pocket it was a no-brainer to go to Auto Glass Now for the replacement. The manager who greeted and took care of me was very nice and professional. The workman who came and got my keys for the car was also kind and polite. All in all it took about an hour for them to do the job from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend them for anyone needing an auto glass replaced.”

“I accidentally left my grandmother obituary on my dashboard right in front of my mileage and when I picked up my car the other day it's no where to be found, I realize that they have a note posted that says they aren't responsible but I just don't understand why they moved it when it wasn't bothering them or in their way. They've worked on my car before and it's aggravating that I always have to complain about the simplest things!! Lisa emailed me back after I emailed her and she was very sympathetic. She would check into it then let me know, very very sweet and helpful. Rather I get it back or not, she tried to help!”
