I usually have great customer service but today I stop at this location to return an item from another location and they tell me I have to go to that exact location to return it when I have the receipt and the items are unused. That is POOR customer service.

My visits there were a 5 star..until this lady came on. She is always on her phone and the numbers are hard to see so I need them to call it out, extremely rude they need to be trained better.
