This THANK YOU is long overdue for Ms. Crawford who is the property manager in Baker LA. She went above and beyond numerous times to help me out. When i was unable to get the support I needed she stepped up and was willing to assist. I met with her in person and she was an absolute angel. She took the time to ensure all information was accurate on the account as she reviewed/updated the leasing agreement and confirmed that autopay was activated. Even initiated a follow up phone call a few days later to make sure all was well. She did all these without any complaints even though my unit is at different location. Ms. Crawford was nothing but professional, kind and patient! Which is rare now a days! I hope your company realizes how blessed they are to have you!
