Jonathan at the Baker location is amazing. He is professional, caring, sympathetic and overall a bundle of what you need when you walk in with a crisis and feeling defeated. Its like having a one stop shop for all your needs. I've been to other storages but always send other customers here. Thank you Tellus for hiring such a gem

Can you PLEASE fix the parking lot? I feel like my car in going to fall apart when I try to leave. For the price we pay something needs to be done.
Also, there have been several times when the exit gate has been stuck in the open position when I come. That's not secure.
I keep getting my rent increased but nothing is getting updated.
Now there aren't even any carts.

I would definitely recommend Telllus Storage to family, friends, and even strangers if they have any storage needs. Jonathan is AMAZING!!!!he made the process very easy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. Thank you so much Jonathan he’s truly what service is about making you feel like a friend and not a number.
