I would definitely recommend Telllus Storage to family, friends, and even strangers if they have any storage needs. Jonathan is AMAZING!!!!he made the process very easy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. Thank you so much Jonathan he’s truly what service is about making you feel like a friend and not a number.

This place is becoming ridiculous they start off all nice until you get your storage started off charging me $89 for one storage and 92 for another and now all of a sudden both my storages are over 120 dollars due to the fact that I was told every 9 months to a year fees go up meaning units which is ridiculous at this rate you might as well move in and call it rent and live there. I need to find somewhere that's stable to take my business to because this is such an unstable community that it is not even funny it's ridiculous overpriced and plus grooms road has had multiple break-ins. Sayonara tellusstorage?

Went to the main st location in Baker. Was probably my most welcome experience ever in a self storage facility. Karen was totally awesome. She gave me a grand tour, and even helped me decide on a much smaller storage than what I "thought" I needed, which saved me money!!! Thanks tellus for having employees who genuinely care!!!

This place is an amazing place to get a storage unit at. It is clean, the manager is understand and helpful. She does a great job at keeping the property clean.

Ms. Karen is very friendly and helpful. She made sure the unit I got was clean and one of the most convenient one she had to offer. Most importantly i love her energy she is always smiling always in a good mood and she seems to know all of customers by name, which is rare. I'd 100% recommend anyone to do business with Ms. Karen.
