  I would not recommend this storage facility. Communication was a major issue from the start—calls and voicemails went unreturned, making it nearly impossible to get timely assistance. On top of that, throughout my lease I had to complain several times about exterior doors being left open, which is a huge security risk and also leaves belongings at risk for critters. On one occasion, I noticed bugs in the hall of the air-conditioned unit area, which is extremely concerning for anyone storing personal belongings. I spoke with Johnathon or Johnson regarding the door being left open and dead termites in the hallway… He explained that they spray monthly or every few weeks and he has never heard of them getting in the unit… About a week later, I noticed bugs in the hallway again and decided to move my belongings- upon move-out I did come across SEVERAL unsettling little bugs and critters. I called the office to notify them and Johnson/Johnathon said “well they’re dead and you’ve moved out so there’s nothing to worry about…” Beware if you choose to lease a unit here. Another thing to be mindful of is the pricing increases. When I secured my unit in July 2024, I locked in a special rate of about $100/month for an air-conditioned unit. Throughout my lease I received several emails about lease increases for the property due to “upgrades” (never saw such upgrades) nonetheless the lease amount had nearly doubled by the time I moved out. All in all, major areas of concern for this property. Bugs, Unsafe conditions, and poor communication from the office. Based on my experience, this facility does NOT seem to care about your property or your peace of mind.

  Do not put your things here they don’t spray the grounds with rodent or bug repellent. Not only that but that camera can not see certain areas in the storage. They charge 2 late fees 1 week apart in the same month make it make sense just horrible

  I had the absolute best experience today at TELLUS Self Storage. Jonathan Fields is a gem! He made my experience seamless, he was knowledgeable and kind and just made everything so easy. I’d recommend going to see him at TELLUS SELF STORAGE in Baker if you have any self storage needs.

  Great experience Jonathan was amazing and I rented my storage so I can store my stuff until I move. I went to rent a truck as well and was told it comes with moving in for free I was so thankful. I’m so thankful for the experience I received here this is making my move to Georgia very easy.

  They charged us a crazy late fee plus they had rats and roaches all in the unit when we finally got our things. When we told them about it they said oh the rats should be gone by now. They chewed holes in all my clothes and bags. Do not rent here. They are rude as hell. They nasty nasty nasty here

  Was totally impressed with the service while storage items at the facility. Was clean,will lit and secure in other words well maintained by staff. Good prices on units and move in specials. I advise give them a try. ? former tenant ? ?
