“Purchased a 2015 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited in solid physical condition. Mr Jack (salesman) and I had more in common than the business transaction, but truthfully the entire staff is very personable.
I’ve had a couple of instrument panel lights come on since the purchase, but the follow-up and appointment scheduling by the owner (Sam) to resolve the issues, have been consistent and reassuring.
That’s right, the owner! How often does that happen?
Although no one expects to see warning lights shortly after a vehicle purchase, the no hassle response and efficient resolution is over the top. And guess what…the cost is covered at the businesses expense! My experience has been nothing but positive++++”
