The bacon was hard and dry, and the burger looked old. The French fries were cold, and my burger was wrong. The employees were so distracted by their cell phones that they couldn't give customer service. I always forget about that location, and I will never return. I paid a little more than $40 for horrible food.

I honestly think they’re lazy or color blind I always pay extra to get the large stuff and they still give me med and small stuff it’s almost like they’re stealing my money , I paid for a blueberry lemonade I got a regular lemonade ? then a mf ain’t wearing no net cause my drink had hair in it i spent 38 dollars last night and the whole meal just was not wassup , then yall phone disconnected because yall know what yall doing ? I done tried using yall three times in the past week and my order was never right !!!! If I was owner everybody in there night shift will be fired tbh gave me the wrong lemonade with no straws … I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YALL TO NO ONE I rather take the extra minutes to go to Zachary where I know my order will be right .

I advise anyone who wants to live another 2 years not to eat here. I ordered 2 potatoes, a chili and a Jr bacon. One of the potatoes was brown like it had been in the warmer for 8 hours and tasted like a cleaning chemical. The meat on my sandwich was so old and tasted like foil with barely any dressing and a cold bun. She didn't even put my sour cream in the bag until she saw me checking my bag then opened the window saying I'm sorry I forgot to put your sauces in the bag but had no intention on it in the first place. No butter, no salt and pepper no nothing. They want even take your order lest you say hello anybody home. There is no professional communication. They are smoking weed next to the building while people drive up. It was the most pathetic experience I've ever had at any Wendy's nation wide. The stainless on the order computer is brown and nasty like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade. Make a long story short this place needs to be shut down...

Very typical of Baton Rouge service? Poor. Fries were cold. Burger mediocre. Service non existent. Some days cash only, some days card or exact cash only. Long lines, slow drive through. Given Diet Coke instead of Dr. Pepper. It’s always drama filled garbage. Again, very typical of Baton Rouge.

Today we had to get my chicken sandwich made over 3 times!! It took 20 mins. I asked for ketchup and lettuce only and received mayo and cheese. They stated that they would remake it and they didn’t! They brought me the same sandwich but with the mayo removed! Then they had the nerve to have a nasty attitude when we tell them about how unprofessional and unacceptable this was. We will never ever come here again. The workers are nasty with no training. Sad and pitiful!

This is the worst Wendy's #8678 Groom Rd, Baton Rouge.(1) fly infested!!(2) rude, nonchalant workers with ONE EXCEPTION; "Quan" a Manager trainee who went the extra mile to try to rectify a horrendous experience!(3)spent $43.34 and an hour of continuous wait for less than Quality taste nor presentation.(4) beverage center was only dispensing Co2, no syrup, in any drinks. Numerous customers in drive thru and counter were complaining, I for one.(5) staff on personal cell phones behind the counter.I was extremely irritated, and disappointed ? because having began my Wendy's career, years prior as an associate, all the way to multi-unit management. This was disgraceful.I WILL NOT patronize this location again. It actually causes me to question other Wendy's locations. I'm sorry that I spent budgeted funds on food that was thrown away.

Myself and several others sat in line over 10 minutes while employees were joking and laughing in the parking lot!! I realized that no service would be given to any of us and I left! I haven’t been here in years because of how nasty it used to be but I thought I’d give it another try! Yep, never again!
