“Over 2 months I have noticed a big change here. Shelves are full now, store is clean it always smell wonderful. Workers are happier, seem to have a new manager? I’m always seeing this tiny red head there, she works so hard always moving and working. She is so polite with a smile and sweet. If she’s the manager she is doing so wonderful. Every time I need help she always comes. Once I needed totes they were so high I couldn’t reach and small like she is, she got them and brought them to the front so I can finish my shopping. Big change in the store and the employees. I can see the respect they have for the customers and their store. Wonderful customer service now.”
“While traveling the weekend of April 26th through April 28th I stopped in Franklin, Louisiana for a night of rest. Before going to the hotel, I went into the Dollar General located at 300 Joe Hoy Drive in Franklin, Louisiana. This is the CLEANEST AND MOST ORGANIZED Dollar General I have ever visited. NO CLUTTERED ISLES! PRODUCTS ARRANGED NEATLY ON SHELVES. YOU CAN ACTUALLY FIND WHAT YOU GO IN THE STORE FOR! AND OMG! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!

“This dollar tree doesnt have as much as others and most stuff is in boxes laying in isles. But this store tends to put out holiday decor before others so great to get early steals. The cashiers are very friendly and I like them more then the other stores.”

“This is literally the best Family Dollar in the south! I lived in Atlanta they can’t touch this location. I also lived in Houston - 3rd ward near TSU. The thing that makes this location unique is the inventory and the care the staff gives to their attention to detail. This staff rocks! Zero dirt and Zero things out of stock!!! And they have Pepsi Nitro in stock!”
