This is the first time I’m renting a storage, the employee was very helping in setting us up with what we needed. Access to the storage unit was easy with plenty of room to get turned around with large container truck

Very upset that I couldn't get in to get my property because gate access was denied when I'm paid up. Other people couldn't get in either and customer service was no help. I couldn't get my crawfish pot! You don't play with louisianians on Easter and crawfish day!!!
