“Sonny at Autozone on MacArthur was the best! When all of the other males in the place didn't know how to add refrigerant to my car, he knew. He even took the time to show me how to do it (which was actually super simple!-idk why no one but him knew how but anyway) and I was very thankful! He was very nice, showing me how to use the gauge that came on the can I bought, and when I needed more he actually checked to see if I could buy a cheaper can if that gauge fit it, and it did. So he saved me money too! GO SONNY!”

Be aware. I was given the wrong filter. It popped off. I lost all my oil. Didn’t lock up my motor. Went back. They replaced it with the correct filter and gave me oil back free of charge.”

I almost lost hope but Devin didn't stop until i was driving away in a more dependable vehicle than I came in with. He even helped me pick out a car that would hold value and last a long time. He didn't want to see me driving something he wouldn't personally buy. They were determined, and even though it was my first car loan... they were the only ones able to figure it all out for me. I would definitely come back in a few years and deal with them again.”

“I am sorry Mrs. Linda Daigrepont if you were disappointed in the customer service. We took your car in the same day you showed up and it just worked out that we could take you home.We are a small shop and one of our workers was in the hospital and we just didn't have anyone to deliver it to you in the time you needed on the day the repairs were done . We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had to get someone to bring you to get it. We normally don't do that anyway in case of instances like this. We had just happened to be able to the day you showed up. Again we are very sorry!”

I broke down outside of Alexandria on a Friday night with my two dogs, and George Hauk's Automotive got my vehicle fixed up in less than a week so I was able to get back home to Texas for Thanksgiving with my family! They also gave me a Thanksgiving plate that they had here at the shop for their team, which was incredibly nice and delicious! These are good people! I would use them for all of my automotive needs if I lived in Alexandria!”

“Great service as far as knowledge and they can usually find industrial parts and fittings better than some other stores nearby, but their hours make it tough to get there if it's not during work hours (which is when many of us are wrenching in our time off.) But for commercial or heavy equipment type hoses, fittings, parts, lines, etc these are the guys in the Pineville area.”

I recommend to anyone looking for parts or even cosmetic enhancements to personal vehicles, from little trees to transmissions. My last encounter got me the correct weight of motor oil, amount, correct filter and cheap but good quality tools to change the oil. Management was amazing with how they address the workers and everyone looks like they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Great place 10/10! This is all honesty and no I am not a robot. “We live 7hrs away but our accident was in Pineville. It was scary to leave our vehicle in a place that we weren’t familiar with but we felt that we received honest care and that the whole team cared much about our needs(or our vehicle in the terms of their service). We had parts come in delayed a few times and one came in messed up & they updated us every step of the way along with reassuring the time our car would be done which was early by 4 days. We were astounded that our new to us(from April 2024) appeared new again when we picked our car up.
