After getting home and rethinking my purchase, I contacted Laura and explained I felt like I would rather go with a different model Springdale. (I had warned her I have trouble making up my mind). Anyway, throughout all of this, Laura was great...understanding, and patient. Each member of the staff I met was great to work with throughout the process. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Primeaux R V and Laura in Alexandria if you are considering a camper.”
“Purchased our new 2026 jayco from Brandon at CENLA Alexandria couldn’t have been a smoother process!!! Very knowledgeable about the product he sells and super professional!! Can’t say enough about the service department also we had a small problem with the slide out control and a slide topper didn’t come in before we could pick it up. CENLA sent someone to our house to pick up our unit take it back and install topper and replace control unit that’s top notch!!! “I am sorry Mrs. Linda Daigrepont if you were disappointed in the customer service. We took your car in the same day you showed up and it just worked out that we could take you home.We are a small shop and one of our workers was in the hospital and we just didn't have anyone to deliver it to you in the time you needed on the day the repairs were done . We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had to get someone to bring you to get it. We normally don't do that anyway in case of instances like this. We had just happened to be able to the day you showed up. Again we are very sorry!”

I broke down outside of Alexandria on a Friday night with my two dogs, and George Hauk's Automotive got my vehicle fixed up in less than a week so I was able to get back home to Texas for Thanksgiving with my family! They also gave me a Thanksgiving plate that they had here at the shop for their team, which was incredibly nice and delicious! These are good people! I would use them for all of my automotive needs if I lived in Alexandria!”

“Great service as far as knowledge and they can usually find industrial parts and fittings better than some other stores nearby, but their hours make it tough to get there if it's not during work hours (which is when many of us are wrenching in our time off.) But for commercial or heavy equipment type hoses, fittings, parts, lines, etc these are the guys in the Pineville area.”
