“The guys there make this a very successful business. They have been working there a long time and they can rely on their knowledge of vehicles and parts to make sure you get the correct parts. They know their parts and they aren't afraid to break out the books and look up your part to ensure you get the right part the first time. The lines are never long because they usually have 3 employees working the counter. I hate going to Autozone in Kingsville and standing in line 10 minutes just to be told the part isnt in stock, have them order it, stand back in line for 10 minutes to pick up my part only for it to be the wrong part. My truck has 9 u-joints and I used to go to Autozone and Oriellys to get them and they would be the wrong part. I started going to bumper to bumper in Ball and they have never given me the wrong part.”
