I just want to let who ever is in charge of store #2987 Dollar General in Ball, LA
Today is the 2nd time this week that I have shopped and stood in line waiting for someone to come check me out in the front. There was a guy at the register waiting before I got there. When I hollered for a cashier to hear me no one came.....the 2nd time I hollered the store manager who was in the office the entire time came out to say that the cashier was on the floor that she would go find her. First off she was rude to myself and made faces the entire time. She never offered to check any of us out and she never apologized for the wait or tried to handle the situation! What STORE MANAGER ignores customers? Then the guy in front of me proceeds to tell me this lady is rude all the time. That's not what a store manager is trained to do. I am a manager who has been in that role for 10 years now and never would I ignore anyone who is wanting to spend money in my business. If this store has a theft problem that is the reason., there's never someone is the front watching the front. I'm frustrated this happens alot at this store and it needs to be addressed

Everything has been getting stock alot more lately. The store has times of being messy, but there have been worse dollar generals. Friendly employees.

If it would let me do no star I would. Disrespectful kids working. Talks about you when they think you aren't in sight to each other. And doesn't seem to care that customers hear. I will never step foot back in there. Unless it's to watch them get adults to work. I'm 50 and a q2 yr old isn't going to disrespect me for asking questions. Get grown ups. Or a good lawyer either way works me. It's headed that way.

Would love if they could clean up their act. Shelves are bare most of the time while I can see in their storeroom, hundreds of products still sitting on pallets. EVERY TIME I go there it's ONE employee working in the store and the store and the "manager " is sitting outside smoking and playing on his phone. Why can't he get up and do some work? Guess I will start driving 3 miles up the highway to the next store.

It's kept too hot. You can't stand to shop there. I felt sorry for the people working there. I went back and the temperature was perfect. They had Santa and Mrs. Clause there for the children and this couple were fantastic!

Closes at odd times, seems like whenever they feel like it, needs new employees. 5 times I've been and it's been closed in the middle of the day 3 out of 5, just gonna go ahead and stop somewhere else first. Worst Dollar General I've ever been too.

Good location.The staff are friendly and they normally have what I'm looking for. Not sure why but stocked shelf's seems to plague Dollar General stores for some reason.
