“My review is a long time coming. Last year my car broke down at the intersection of 165 and Horseshoe Drive. Dangerous intersection to be broke down. I called Henry’s and when he heard that I was in the middle of the intersection he told me he would be there in 5 minutes. I think it was actually 4. He quickly loaded my car and had me at the repair shop within 45 minutes. Thank you Monty for coming to my rescue. Just good people to know. Keep Henry’s on your phone for those emergencies. “I am sorry Mrs. Linda Daigrepont if you were disappointed in the customer service. We took your car in the same day you showed up and it just worked out that we could take you home.We are a small shop and one of our workers was in the hospital and we just didn't have anyone to deliver it to you in the time you needed on the day the repairs were done . We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had to get someone to bring you to get it. We normally don't do that anyway in case of instances like this. We had just happened to be able to the day you showed up. Again we are very sorry!”
