“I recently had the best car buying experience ever. I asked my Service Manager (of whom I trust), Sam, to introduce me to a non-pressure salesman. He immediately said I have the perfect guy. Diego did not pressure me at all, he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and we negotiated via text. It was his approach that lead me to buying my 2026 Honda CRV Hybrid. The deal ended with ease as Max explained my warranty options and the manager, Jason, ensuring that I was completely satisfied. No tricks at all, when something did not appear right they looked at it, gave me an honest answer and addressed my concern without hassle. A couple of years ago I was becoming concerned about the service at Holmes Honda. But this new team has me loyal forever!!!”
