Confused why my packages were sent back to seller (far away) when postmaster knows me and my address personally (also have a po box there for the past few years)...Will update once resolved/refunded.

We only get about a 3rd of our mail, since we put up a mail box and cancelled our PO box. It has been returned to sender or disappeared.
