Sitting here for an hour. Sign on the door says they don't open until noon. It's one pm. No one's here. Why lie about your business hours. Save yourself some time. Go elsewhere. These people don't want to make money.

The lady, Karen, that done my taxes was very nice and professional. She was very thorough and got it all done quickly with no issues. I recommend using this facility to file taxes.

I filed two months ago and still haven't got my return..and for the past month I have tried to call them a 100 times and can't get anyone to awnser at all..
