Horrible place. They have my truck don't fix anything for month. They collect the insurance money and put the some damages parts back on. Now I have to find a show to fix my truck. A joke indeed

IM SO MAD AND FED UP AT THIS POINT MY FIRST VEHICLE THAT I TOOK THERE THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB AND THEY WAS DONE WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO WHICH IS WHY I WENT BACK TO THEM FOR THE VEHICLE THAT I AM IN NOW WHEN I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF TO THE SHOP HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD ORDERED THE PARTS AND AS SOON AS THE PARTS COME IN HE WILL START WORKING ON MY VEHICLE A WEEK GOES BY I CALLED TO SEE IF THE PARTS CAME IN HE TELLS ME NOT YET WHICH WAS FINE BECAUSE I WAS STILL IN MY RENTAL NOW ITS ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR AND MY VEHICLE IS STILL NOT FIXED RIGHT LAST TIME I TALKED TO HIM HE SAID HIS WIFE WAS GOING TO CALL ME TO SET UP A DAY TO BRING MY VEHICLE UP THERE TO GET THE PART ON NOBODY HAS CALLED OR EVEN TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME INSURANCE HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM AND EVERYTHING I JUST WANT MY TRUCK FIXED I WILL NEVER BRING ANY OF MY FUTURE VEHICLES BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!

This shop is a joke. They had my wife’s car for months and collected the money to do multiple repairs that were not touched. Now my car is at a new shop and being repaired. None of the dents were fixed, the hood latch wasn’t even bolted in, missing bolts in the engine compartment, paint overspray all over the car, bondo dust stuck to everything inside the car. I would recommend not ever taking your car to this shop.

It took them two years to repair my vehicle with state farm insurance. I still issues with it today. They don't communicate and delay, procrastinate and lie about repairs.

I used them to paint my Vehicle. They ended up keeping my vehicle for 3 months and it still wasn’t right. Thomas told me he could match the paint. But when we got our SUV back the paint was different. I addressed it with him and he denied it that it. He put swirls in the paint. He said it must have come from the dealer like that (totally not true). I told him that wasn’t true and that it was only on the side he painted, he started making excuses instead of making it right.I will never take my vehicle there again and I advise anyone else not to take their vehicle there. He uses uncertified ex-cons to work on the vehicles.Service: Painting

Never again will I take my vehicle to this place. Awful. My car was messed with not fixed. There are parts that were to be bought and placed on my car. They weren't. Progressive is having a field day with this. My car is worse now than when the deer hit the side of it
