Since 2020, I’ve moved 3 or 4 times for work and each time I’ve need a storage space and/or a Uhaul truck. Josh, the property manager at this location, has ALWAYS done beyond my expectations to ensure great customer satisfaction, and it’s because of him why I will always return to this location for storage services. Needless to say, it was so comforting to see Josh again and I’m more than happy with the services received from him once again.

My experience at "A Storage Place of Baton Rouge" was phenomenal! The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I even forgot to let them know I vacated the unit but when I called 4 days later they had said they notice I have moved everything out and I wouldn't be charged for the 4 days! I highly recommend them.

I've had storage here for about 4 months but the company I work with had had 2 units and 2 trailers at this location for over 2 years. Have never had an issue with staff or safety or burglary issues. Manager lives on site and very nice guy.

VERY poorly run business! Had multiple items stolen out of a room we purchased on auction 7/5/19. The owner had NO interest in finding out whom was the thief, AS he felt it better to hand me a $100 bill out his wallet and told ME I was not allowed on his property! WHICH is proof HE knows who there steals from tents and does nothing to stop them, but helps keep them out of trouble, AS I had the Baton Rouge Police come out and help me because they were attempting to make me look like the one in the wrong. TAKE CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY ! All stated here is fact not opinion, as can be proven by the Baton Rouge Police Dept.

My storage got broken into, and the manager didn't seem concerned or called the police ..he told me to take pictures, I did that and went back to the office, he was gone..I know it was a inside job..by his reaction..not saying it was him but he knew about before I told him tho...very unprofessional..

Really nice people. Rented our budget truck through these folks. The purple here are great and helpful, but Budget itself, don't do it!
