I literally ordered online and had to wait on washer dryer to be delivered to the store long story short waited they Never called to schedule delivery so I called them whole time product been delivered no one tried to reach out to me so wen I talked to the lady she said they can deliver the items wayyy in December i ordered way in the beginning of November why so she told me I can come pick them up find a ride then boom it’s another problem

**PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY** CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR!! GENERAL MANAGEMENT IS INCOMPETENT,THEY TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY, TOO MUCH MISCOMMUNICATION. OVERALL EXPERIENCE SO FAR I TRULY REGRET. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!

I left a previous review about this store attached below yesterday I had to throw out the couch I purchased because it ended up having bed bugs , yall please be careful when buying from these furniture stores ??♀️ I had to throw the whole second level of my house away this is beyond disgusting and unprofessional

I would never ever get anything from this location or aarons again they need Mr.Guy back at this location the people they have now is so unprofessional and rude and also be messing up your account adding more fees I would not recommend this place to anyone

Ty the account manager had a nasty attitude. Even as I was explaining that State Farm was on the way to change my tire so I could come up to the store and pay them $219.59 on the couch. Ty mind you had nerve enough to say “you always making promises” ma’am I can see if I was 6mos or more behind. Anywho I proceeded to respond with can come get this SOB” around the same time the tire guy pulled up to change my tire (I wasn’t lying). The 1st time they setup delivery no one called me I had to them & reschedule. This couch was not my 1st choice mind you guy came by himself looked and said it won’t fit & recommended I get another & I did. As far as Ty the account manager goes baby work on your professionalism! At the end of the day you never know what a person is dealing with but y’all saved me $219.59 today that I can use to get my TIRE FIXED to continue working & save pay checks so I can next time BUY my couch out in cash. That’s materialistic items! Pertaining to the Bible “ And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:2. Nothing that is taken away can’t be replaced with something better. Ty the account manager I hope you tell the truth that my tire guy came to change my tire so I could come INTO the store & PAY my bill. And also change my payment plan from every two weeks to monthly payments! It’s all good though I pray you have an awesome day Ty the account manager.

I’ve been with Aarons when they was on Plank Road. I followed them to the airline. The workers are patient and polite. And, that’s the reason I keep coming back.

If I can leave no Stars I definitely would this manager and her staff are highly highly disrespectful, and argumentative I purchased a couch cash and when they were putting in my truck a spider crawled out I had to beg for help to get it loaded up I've been here twice and same situation treating people on time playing on your phone while you are dealing with the customers and complaining about wanting to get off is definitely not a good look

I have done business with other Aaron’s stores as well as their online platform and never had any issues. They are always kind and helpful and I have bought multiple items with them. After moving to Baton Rouge I used this store and it is the worst experience I have ever had with any establishment in my entire life. They are awful. To say that the employees are rude and unhelpful is an understatement. They do not run the same way other Aaron’s stores run and they make things as difficult as possible. Did you know if you go on “autopay” and your card declines you are automatically charged a late fee even if you still pay the SAME DAY YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE!!! I keep my card locked to control my account and fraud as it’s happened numerous times to me. They run payments at 6am so my card isn’t unlocked. This has been the worst nightmare. I did business with another Aaron’s for 5 years on different purchases and I loved them. I will never make this mistake again here. Save yourself time.. If you can use the store in denham springs they have very kind people and would be worth using if you can. Save yourself the anger and AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

After looking for a sofa for 3 mths I found one to my liking at this store, the delivery was set up for last Tuesday I had to call and find out that they weren’t coming and was then asked by the guy that answered the phone if I knew someone that needed a job! He rescheduled my delivery for this Tuesday when once again I had to call the store to find out where they were and I was told by a young man that the delivery was between 3-8 once again no one showed up. I called the next morning and was told that the truck broke down and to be expecting a call from the manager, I called back 4 hours later and the manager was gone to lunch at that point I called the corporate office and told them my story the store manager finally called me at 5:30p saying that corporate called her and said that there was a “delivery issue” I told her my story and also that was the first person to call me from the store, well she goes on to say that the couch I had been waiting two weeks for had been sold and discontinued and that I can come and pick out something else I told her I was coming to get my money back, the store manager gave me the refund and I left. I typed all of this to say this, after buying curtains and pictures to match the couch I felt disappointed and a little hurt to decide not to do business with them was because they showed me what they was about with this incident and I’m afraid that if I would’ve rented something else I would’ve been sorry. Anyone that decides to read this stay away from this place, stay away from the workers the manager auchante I think is her name. No one there does their job, none of them are professional, they all operate like they’re walking around in a dark room steady bumping into things and that’s putting it lightly.
