Very bad company to deal with with very poor and unprofessional staff, stay far away from these people and how you take money off somebody card for a club membership without consent if i wanted it i would have asked for it, glad I went to lowes and found what I wanted now they won’t come and get there item said they were coming Saturday never showed up i ve been calling them and no answer all of a sudden, Come Get Your S*** Out My House!!!

For the past two months they have took money from my mom's debit account for club fees that she has already paid when she comes in and pay cash for her furniture bill. Now this month they won't give her , her money back. Then they say she hasn't paid when we know she has because i go make her payments. Worse company ever. They will be getting their furniture back and we are going to get a lawyer because they keep stealing her money when its no need to!

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever did business with. If your thinking about purchasing something from them save yourself the trouble and go else where. The staff on Plank Rd is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and treat and talk to their customers like trash. They don't value the customer at all. Just a bunch on loan sharks. I'll NEVER purchase anything from Aaron's again. ALL of the employees need to be trained on customer service and satisfaction

Worst service I have ever received. They don't no how to get pick out and drop of right to save there life. I have called to confirm 3 times are they still managed to get it wrong. People are very rude. I would suggest never to go here.
