We were very impressed with Brothers Ace Hardware on Millerville Road. The interior of this place is much larger than we expected. The selection of items is amazing. They really have a little of everything. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful. A really good place to shop.

Awesome store. The customer service is top notch. It's usually slightly more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot, but someone asking you if you need help when you walk in the door makes it worth it.

Terrible customer service. They told me I could not return something that was used. When they have a refund policy up to 90 days. Very rude and unknowledgable about their own return policy rule. Need new staffing. I would not recommend going to this store. They do not own up to their return policy due to personal inflictions. As for the dummy who consider it a defacing property for using a product. If it was still in good condition it is not defacing the giving product.

Best hardware store I’ve ever been to. Went in looking for fasteners and the employee Dennis went very far out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and made for certain to was correct . This place is very far out of my way for me, but this is the only hardware store I’ll be going to from now on

Filled propane tanks in an emergency situation for forklift. Very friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended, so much better than box stores and prices are just as comparable.
