Exceptional vehicles should be held to exceptional standards during the purchasing process. For many people, buying a vehicle isn’t the most fun experience typically, but our experience with Acura of Baton Rouge is definitely an exception. When we first stepped foot in the dealership, we were kindly greeted by sales person Klay Menard. Klay was patient, answered all of our questions and explained all of the features and benefits of the vehicle very clearly and concisely. He was not pushy at all and it was great vibes for the entire sales process. Two weeks to the day we returned to do the deal. We got a fair price for our trade in and a fair price on the vehicle. On the second trip in, Beau the sales manager said hello and made sure we had a beverage and were pointed in the right direction. Blake Miller was great in the finance office and took his time explaining extended warranty options and dialing into recommendations based on our driving habits. Again, not pushy at all. After the deal the delivery process was awesome, the salesperson spent time going through all of the tech features and customizing the settings for my wife.The entire process was painless and actually a bit enjoyable we highly recommend Acura of Baton Rouge for your next vehicle purchase.

We recently had a problem with our RDX I made an appointment to get it diagnosed on 01/11 at 9:00 am. It wasn’t until 11:00 I got what was wrong and that’s after complaining at about 10:30. I was told there was 5 other vehicles in front of mine. I was upset after waiting that long. I made an appointment on 01/18 at 9:00 to change the turbo charger. I asked for a loaner because I was told it takes about 4 hours to change. I arrived at 9:00 was given a loaner and was told I would be called when my car was ready. I went shopping ate lunch did more shopping and finally received a call at 1:40 telling me my car would be ready on 01/19 about midday. I questioned if there were more problems with our car and was told no, the technician working on our car had an appointment and had to leave. I became upset because I could have been told this that morning I had spent almost 5 hours just shopping and killing time for no reason. I live almost an hour from the dealership. My time is valuable to me I expect better service especially since I have been a customer for years. I have seen a decline in the service department in the last several years. We bought vehicles there in the past because of the service department but it’s not the same anymore. Everyone seems to be new I don’t recognize anyone and my service advisor told me he’s been there 3 weeks. I expect great service from an Acura dealership. Am I wrong to expect this? No one has been rude but I get upset just wasting my time. I usually receive a survey after each service but did not receive any after these last 2 trips. I live about half way between Baton Rouge and Lafayette I guess it’s time to go to Acura of Lafayette

I am writing this view regarding a recent purchase, and I would like to bring to your attention to an unsatisfactory experience and some concerns I have regarding the recent purchase of a vehicle from Acura of Baton Rouge Pre- Owned dealership. I believe in open communication and trust that you value customer feedback to improve your services. Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment with the customer service experience after the purchasing process was complete on the GMC Yukon Denali from Acura of Baton Rouge Pre-Owned Vehicles. I also purchased an extended warranty. However I have since discovered that the extended warranty doesn’t cover the repairs that are needed for this vehicle. The lack of transparency and clear communication has left me with an unpleasant impression. Furthermore, upon closer inspection of the vehicle I purchased, I discovered several issues that were not disclosed during the sale. The undisclosed mechanical problems have led to unexpected repair costs, which I find unacceptable given the assurances made at the time of purchase. In addition, I contact my salesman minutes after leaving Acura of Baton Rouge to inform him of the problem. I also traveled back to the dealership a few days later to discuss the problem. Lastly I have made several attempts through texts and phone calls to get this resolve through my salesperson. I’m kindly request a thorough investigation into these matters and prompt resolution of the issues. As a customer, I expect a level of service that reflects the reputation of your dealership. I believe in your commitment to customer satisfaction and trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns.Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. The entire staff at the dealership was amazing. Even before I stepped into the dealership, Nick set the tone for the exceptional service that was to follow. The dealership truly stands out by offering top-notch service and being so kind. Every person I encountered, whether they were assisting me or not, approached me to offer their help. They even offered me water or snacks at least 5 times, which was phenomenal. What really impressed me was that I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. I felt valued and welcomed even though they were not sure if I was able to buy anything. My salesman, Klay, was amazing too! He was so helpful and made sure that I was completely satisfied even after a month. I have never experienced such great service from a dealership before. Keep doing what you are doing, and you have gained a loyal customer for life!

Wonderful experience every time I come in. I had an oil change and tire rotation and enjoyed talking with the service manager today. All the employees were very helpful and informative. The lady who was my service member ( I can’t remember her name) was awesome! Highly recommend Acura of Baton Rouge!

By far the best team of salespeople I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. Jeremiah could sale me the shirt off my back and I’d be more than happy to pay for it. Klay stayed in touch with me from the day I requested information to the night I drove off the lot. So glad I decided to go with Acura best decision ever.

Our family has been buying cars from Acura and Infiniti of Baton Rouge for a long time. Always a great experience thanks to Bernie Hahn. He is literally the only person any of us will buy a car from. We’ve bought 5 Acuras, 2 Infinitis, and a couple of other used cars of different makes.New/used, Acura/Infiniti/or other used cars, we will not go anywhere else!

We live in Northeast Louisiana. We started searching for our car via the internet and ran across a vehicle we really liked at the Baton Rouge Acura dealer. We were greeted by Luke Hargus from the Pre-Owned side of the dealership. Luke found the vehicle we were interested in and sent us the information, but the vehicle sold before we could act. Luke informed us there was another, dealer demo, 2023 vehicle similar to the one that sold. Unfortunately, that vehicle also sold before we could act. We were so disappointed that we almost gave up, however, Luke found us a brand new 2023 Acura RDX with the exact specifications we were interested in. He explained that there would not be a significant price difference between the two previous vehicle and we would get all the perks of buying a new vehicle. He did an amazing job of putting us in the vehicle that we wanted at a price that we considered very reasonable. When we got to the dealership, Luke was waiting for us and, although we were already sold on the car, did a very thorough job of going through the features of the RDX. After just a few minutes we went through a seamless paperwork process and then we were off to see a very nice person, Mrs. Brown, in financing. She, also very thorough and friendly, explained our options for financing and extended warranty. Overall, every one we ran across, even the Sales Manager, were extremely friendly and helpful. All of our questions were patiently answered and we never felt pressured during the entire process, which was such a refreshing experience. Overall, this was a great experience buying a car which is absolutely not always the case. We will definitely make another trip from Monroe the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. Thank you, Luke, for doing such a great job with our purchase!

Was looking for a replacement vehicle and saw a car I liked online at the Acura of Baton Rouge dealership. Upon sending a CarGurus request for information salesman Joe Speck responded. Upon arriving at the dealership I met Joe , very nice , very helpful, not like a lot of pushy sales people. We drove the car I was interested in having a conversation about the vehicle, family kids , and just general things. Car 2017 Chevy Impala was very clean , nicely priced and fit my budget. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle. I can say this was the most pleasant and seamless experience in many years!! All the staff was great !!!Thank you Joe!!!!

I had the best car buying experience ever! Deremy Taylor was amazing, as he always is. I purchase all of my vehicles from him, and no matter where he goes or what he sells, he is the best at what he does. He is my one and only car salesman. The finance manager Joe was also awesome and got me the best deal. He even lowered my payment! Great work guys! If you're reading this review, stop and go buy from them today. You won't regret it!

I bought my MDX a year ago and from the day I bought it until this week when I had a simple question,Bethany Gonzales has been amazing. She knew all about my car and even a year later when I send a text asking a question she answers immediately. So happy to have bought a car from a dealership that has employees from the sales all the way through to the parts department that is kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
