The service is Excellent....anytime we have a problem our Service Repair Agent is always very helpful and responds quickly. He fully understands the need for us to be up and running in a timely manner. Great service! Mr. John saved us today....our copy machine was dead and he brought it back to life:) Wonderful Service!

Mr. John came to our office and was able to fix the sound our printer/copier was making. He showed me how to correctly load the paper in each drawer. He also walked me through how to clean the machine, and then showed me how to change a drawer out to make labels/stickers for our file folders. Very professional and was a great teacher. John saved the day! He is very knowledgable and efficicient. While he worked on our machines, he explained all he was doing, and why, and gave us great tips on how to keep things running smoothly. I appreciated his great attention to detail and it is clear he takes great pride in his work. But, more than that, he is personable. He shows genuine interest in those whom he meets and is a joy to be around. It is apparant that he values your customers and is just an all-around great guy.

Mr. John Jernigan is the best! He is always willing to help us and assist us at Walker High School. When our school switched to Advanced Office Solutions, he took time and gave me a personal crash course on how the copiers worked and basic troubleshooting. He will come immediately in person or FaceTime us. I am so thrilled we are partnered with Advanced Office Solutions. They are the epitome of customer service.Update: November 30. AOS now sells security camera systems. And how do I know this? My technician, John, told me about it. Guys, this system is truly state-of-the-art. Our school as looking to purchase the system. It is through Verkada. It has facial recognition, license plate recognition. They have environmental sensors. It comes with the online service and AOS technicians to help with everything. I know John goes over and beyond. The customer care at AOS is top notch. People could really learn about how to treat customers from this company.
