Dropped off a Next Day Air Saturday Delivery package to this location yesterday an hour BEFORE the air deadline. I made it clear that the package was NEXT DAY AIR. The lady assured me that the UPS truck had not arrived yet. I knew this already because the deadline for Air is 5:15pm at their location. Not only did they fail to give it to UPS, they also scanned it at 5:36pm AFTER the truck left as if it was dropped off after the deadline. Nearly $200 in priority shipping for funeral has been wasted and the package is still sitting at their location. Never using these people again.

We've counted on the AIM team time and time again. These guys and girls can handle anything. Need a king cake shipped to China?...No problem! Need a 40' Mardi Gras float banner?.....done. Need a mailbox for items you don't want shipped to your home?...No problemo!

This is your all in one mail center with a local touch! Mark and his staff go out of their way to serve you and always insure that you're not spending more than necessary. They handle themselves with the utmost professionalism 100% of the time! Not much they can't do when it comes to all of your mail and printing needs. Great print design services as well!
